Boba in the tea was super stale and barely had any flavor. Eclair was nothing spectacular, tasted as if it had been sitting in a fridge all day. I expected more since they have almost 4.5 stars.

Super yummy, the eclairs are nice and crispy on top and the filling isn't super cold. I also got a mango custard drink and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I wanted an ube eclair and got it mixed up with a vanilla one, but the super nice attendant was nice enough to give it to me for free. All in all great service and food.

I didn't know about this chain, I was hooked when I found out that they sold something similar to profiteroles.... And when I tried a vanilla-filled cake, wow! It was great!

These are seriously delicious cream puffs! They're large - a little smaller than a tennis ball, so one or two is enough for one person. These surpassed my expectations by way of their crisp exterior that gives a great texture contrast to the creamy center. The vanilla cream has visible vanilla bean specks and it perfectly balanced between custardy and light. The atmosphere is nothing special, but this is the kind of place you're more likely to take to go anyway. Go get some cream puffs!

Food tasted good as expected. But the environment/atmosphere felt pretty dead. Play some light music in the store might be better than having the dead silence and also it wasn't very bright in the store. It was the feeling that it was intentionally dimmed to make the ambience, it felt like some light were out or worn so they started to getting dimmed. Anyhow, I would not want to dine in there.They have some bundle/box deal, which seems a good value. Hope the atmosphere feeling can be improved.

Waited over 15 minutes in an empty store for just two cream puffs which were stale and not worth the price. Save your money and get them from the grocery store. Staff forgot about our order and was not apologetic at all.

Creme puffs are delicious. Great size and lots of filling. The filling is sweet but not overly sweet. The horchata one is probably my favorite but can't go wrong with any flavor.
