The Jerk chicken and shrimp at Belle & Lilly's is some of the best I've had. We went for brunch and the pancakes were amazing. They have great mimosas with a lot of flavor options. The service was really great and we loved the atmosphere as well.
The jerk chicken!!! I ordered delivery and had modest expectations but then I had the jerk chicken!!! More please . Great spice! More cabbage bc the rice doesn’t travel well. Best jerky chicken I’ve had in Atlanta! Empanada was good too. Did I mention jerk

The food used to be delicious. I came a few times throughout the last two years, and everything was phenomenal. I returned again to get the same items, and it was just not the same. I really favored the pancakes, but now they are completely different. The first picture was from a past visit, and the second is the most recent. The flavor just wasn’t there how it used to be. The service was really good though!

The staff took a while to seat me and to take my order. The restaurant was not busy. I came around brunch time. They don’t sell coffee. After checking out, the gratuity is added automatically and I was charged for a liquor tax. The waiter did not come back and check on me. She did not deserve the tip amount. Some servers do not provide great service when the tip is incorporated. I’m not visiting this restaurant anymore. The restaurant was decorated nice but I’m not spending money here ever again.

Put in an order on THEIR website and get here at the time they said it’d be ready and they don’t have the order at all. Then I wait, just for them to bring me some thrown together order as they then apologize for not having any more bags… DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First time here and it was soo good!! I had the Island Tings breakfast, sorrel, and spicy shrimp bowl. 9/10, No refills on drinks (sorrel was perfect), the callaloo was on the drier side, and was more collard green-like, but everything else was delicious. The passion fruit butter was heavenly!

I really enjoyed having Sunday brunch here recently! Wonderful Jamaican food selections and creative cocktails. I had a mimosa made with peach/blueberry/lime juice, a shrimp and pepper omelet and a beef empanada. I highly recommend - you need a reservation to get a spot.

We went for Sunday brunch and for my friend’s birthday. I have to say the food was so amazing!! I got a traditional Caribbean breakfast (bakes and saltfish) and my friend got the jerk shrimp bowl. We also ordered some of the pancakes and OMG they were soooooooooooo good! The rum butter that comes with it just took those pancakes to a whole other level. The only issue we had during our experience was service. There were only 2 servers, and that also included tending to the bar. The girls were very friendly and pleasant. However, it took us forever to get a table, get drinks, and order food. Even when it was time to pay, that took a long time. The place isn’t that big with maybe 12 tables total. However, only having 2 servers on a busy Sunday brunch took away from the overall experience. Please do better management with having more servers on busy days. I said if I were to go back I’d probably order takeout because of how delicious the food was. However , I don’t think I’d go back for dine-in unfortunately.

Refined Caribbean plates.
This is a pretty little cafe in a strip mall. It's filled with plants and delicate decorations that look like it'd be a great place to take your girlfriends for brunch. They have a fairly extensive list of brunch cocktails
The service is just okay. They gave a chip with a QR code to me for their online menu. The pictures on Google maps were much more interesting and useful. There were very few people in the cafe but the server let my water run dry and walked past it several times before I asked her to refill it.
The plates are small with interesting flavors. The plates, like the rest of the restaurant, were pretty and refined. However, my jerk wings were dry and not hot. The shrimp tostones were also not hot or juicy. I was one of the first customers of the day and both plates felt like they were precooked and just thrown together. The yellow rice was also unremarkable.
Again, this might be a great place to take girlfriends and have a fun brunch with lots of cocktails and some little spots of food. However, I am clearly not the target market. I had a tiny portion of chicken wings, an equally small portion of shrimp tostones, 1/2 cup of rice and a glass of water. With an 18% tip, it was $41.
Dietary restrictions: I didn't have any trouble finding dishes to make a gluten-free and dairy-free meal.

REALLY MIXED. Service super slow, even though they were not full. They delivered our food to the table next to us and handed it to them while we tried to indicate it was ours. Someone else’s food sat at our table for nearly 10 minutes before they realized it was delivered to wrong place. French toast incredible. $6 egg whites (two eggs that looked like one) and $5 turkey bacon (3 small slices) were absolutely minuscule portions. Incredibly, our server was SUPER nice — so we tipped accordingly. It was just way too much of a random number generator experience for us to ever return. They really need to focus on service flow and quality control.

Food was great and so was the atmosphere! My family and I had the shrimp tostones, rude bwoi, French toast, and jerk chicken. Everything was delicious with decent portion sizes. Fatima assisted us and was absolutely wonderful with a beautiful smile! I definitely recommend!
