Got free ice cream! ? The music was too loud inside, but everyone was bustling with joy in the air. People were dancing ?, and the kids were laughing. I felt happy just being there. We would've stayed longer, but my 15-minute parking time was ending

I would leave a better review is I didn’t run into Mr. Curtis and his wife whom I now know are the manager and his wife. I came today due to it being a black owned business and I was aware they gave out free ice cream like they do each year. Well, not only was I up for promoting black owned business I was hoping to invite the owners into my podcast due to them being a black owned business and I am tied into other organizations. I was very elated however, upon my arrival I didn’t see any management or anyone in a manager shirt or uniform to let me know who was apart of Ben and Jerry’s so after also DONATING to another company at Ben and Jerry’s called Strive, I approached to receive my ice cream of choice and to inform a staff member I love what they were doing and if I could sit at a table belonging to Ben and Jerry’s being well I’m at their establishment & I would like to sit they said they weren’t sure but I could a woman who later yelled at me, that she running things and to not speak to the staff because they are children and to address her husband the manager Curtis. I didn’t appreciate it at all! Very unprofessional and I’m far from a child so I wasn’t sure where the aggression came from?! I am a very respectful young island wahine so I didn’t appreciate her approach AT ALL. Made me not ever want to come there. Then a man with something on his face yelled at me told me I couldn’t sit at Ben & Jerry’s table. Why if I’m donating and showing Ben & Jerry’s support?
