Food was okay. Definitely overpriced and nickel and dime for everything, $7 extra for fried rice at a hibachi restaurant is kind of crazy lol. Had to wait an hour for a chef even though we reserved a 7:30 table & our table was seared since they were short staffed. Dakota our chef was the best part of the meal, he was lovely. First and last time for sure
First time I've had a bad experience, reservations were made , we waited almost an hour and half to order food , just wasn't a good night to go I guess
Very slow service. The restaurant is very dated and in need of an upgrade. Portable AC units all over the place. It smells musty.
Bernard was an amazing chef! He was so down to earth and kept our table laughing! The food was great and he had amazing customer service!
Benihana has become more and more disappointing over the years. The prices are extremely over priced and the quality of food is not the same... Soup was extremely salty and salad was very bland. The portion sizes are also much smaller than what they use to give.
The weight staff had a file order the delivery man brought deliveries through the dining room on greasy dirty cardboard boxes. It took over an hour just to get a beverage, the bus boy was high as a kiteworst experience ever.
It was so good our chef was so nice for my 13th birthday but the price was unbelievable everything else was perfect great customer service they got me everything and anything I needed that they could help me with I could tell that place was full of love and care
I had a birthday group and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The food was amazing and we owe that to our chef, Chef OD. He was the right mix of entertainment and he threw down on that grill. I think my friends were a bit shocked that it was so good, because it's not a place that you think of anymore. I knew it would be a good place for friends to get together.
As a veteran, I had a 5:45 PM reservation at Benihana with my children and was told our table was ready. We weren't seated until 7:30, and food arrived close to 9:00. Guests without reservations were served before us. The service and management were completely unacceptable, especially on Veterans Day.
It was my first visit in a long time. They did a refresh with more tables that are smaller, but better for accommodating large crowds and reducing wait times. Chef Friday was patient, skilled and demonstrated professionalism and good humor while dealing with two difficult patrons who seemed to think it was the Chef's job to accommodate their multiple, individual dietary requirements. It's one thing to notify the chef about allergies, but these patrons had so many demands for wanting "this but not that" it left an imbalance in what the remainder of the patrons received after meeting demands of the two. However, Chef Friday quickly remedied the issues, getting more food/ingredients to make sure all patrons received what they came for. The food was excellent!

Make a reservation and they don’t hold to it!!! Said they were overbooked when we made a reservation at 8:30. Do not come here!!! They told us it was a 45 min wait after the fact… absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was unbelievably rude, did not honor our reservation whatsoever. I felt very unsafe at this location. The staff was incredibly hostile. Please do not come to this restaurant, especially if you have a bigger party.

Benihana is always an amazing dining experience — fun, flavorful, and full of great energy! The chefs make every meal entertaining with their impressive hibachi skills, humor, and showmanship. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection right in front of you — tender steak, juicy chicken, fresh seafood, and perfectly seasoned fried rice. The atmosphere is lively and great for celebrations, family dinners, or date nights. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Between the food, the fun, and the overall experience, Benihana is a restaurant that never fails to impress! 🔥🍤🥢
