The person cookin my food was not interactive with us sitting there he kept lookin around the restaurant was cold couldn't enjoy my food and the bathroom was dirty I would not go back to this location again

Benihana continues to be one of my favorites! In the restaurant world, excellence can sometimes be hit or miss, but every now and then Benihana delivers on every level—and last night was one of those times. I received a text that my table was ready when I was just five minutes away, which absolutely made my day. My husband and I were seated quickly as we celebrated his 66th birthday. The food was delicious—kudos to the new chef, AL! A few areas could use improvement. Our waiter seemed rushed while taking orders and refreshing beverages, mentioning that he was about to leave, which made the interaction feel hurried. After he left, a replacement server stopped by briefly to say she was “picking up,” then disappeared for quite a while—understandable if she had multiple tables, but still noticeable. I also asked to have my FWB (Friends With Benefits) rewards added, but the waitress didn't know how to process it. She said a manager would come by, but after waiting about 15 minutes, we ended up asking for the manager ourselves on the way out. Thankfully, the manager was able to attach my reward points. Overall, we had a great evening, and with a little more attention to service consistency, the experience could be even better.

The customer service was horrible. We had reservations for 3 and received a text saying our table was ready and waiting for us. When we got there we had to wait 1.5 hours for a table. Once seated had to wait for a waitress and it took the chef 20 minutes to come out. The chef wasn't experienced, the rice was dry and burned. I spoke with the manager and he blew me off.

Usually when we visit this location our experience is great, however on Sunday the food wasn't really good and service was mediocre.

Awful experience, terrible customer experience sat there for THREE WHOLE HOURS never received service or food.

Great food and our chef was outstanding. We had a great time even though our reservation was given to someone else due to staff miscommunication. Still would go back.

Our grill was dtysfunctioning and our rice was burned. He served it anyway. Something was wrong with our salad dressing no one at our table could eat it. We also had very salty dishes. One more thing I noticed is they cook everything with the same utensils at the same time cross contaminating the seafood with the beef and chicken.

We were seated promptly at our reservation time but waited 45 minutes before our drink orders were even taken. Server seemed preoccupied with his other tables. Never were we checked in for refills and we had to flag him down to get a drink. Our chef, Friday, was great and very entertaining and interactive. He asked multiple times if our food was prepared correctly and if he could provide anything for us. The other family at our table even joked that the chef and the other families were the only things that saved the evening. I have been to Benihana before and this was the worst experience by far.

we had reservations at 8pm and we were seated but the chef didn't come to us until 9:35pm. we were waiting for over an hour and no apologies and no check ups on us either.

Food was okay. Definitely overpriced and nickel and dime for everything, $7 extra for fried rice at a hibachi restaurant is kind of crazy lol. Had to wait an hour for a chef even though we reserved a 7:30 table & our table was seared since they were short staffed. Dakota our chef was the best part of the meal, he was lovely. First and last time for sure

First time I've had a bad experience, reservations were made , we waited almost an hour and half to order food , just wasn't a good night to go I guess

Very slow service. The restaurant is very dated and in need of an upgrade. Portable AC units all over the place. It smells musty.

Bernard was an amazing chef! He was so down to earth and kept our table laughing! The food was great and he had amazing customer service!

Benihana has become more and more disappointing over the years. The prices are extremely over priced and the quality of food is not the same... Soup was extremely salty and salad was very bland. The portion sizes are also much smaller than what they use to give.

The weight staff had a file order the delivery man brought deliveries through the dining room on greasy dirty cardboard boxes. It took over an hour just to get a beverage, the bus boy was high as a kiteworst experience ever.
