AMAZING! I love this spot, the food and service is always on point. The only drawback is the sit you too close, you're literally rubbing elbows with strangers while eating but overall a great experience.
We love Malachi and mama k. We have been coming here over twenty plus years. Delicious always

Due to staffing, we did not do the full experience where the chef cooks in front of you but it was still a great birthday outing for my husband. We would go back and hopefully get the full experience. However, our server Ms. T did a great job with bringing out that courses and sharing about recommendations.Great experience overall!

Best experience I’ve had the chef Malachi was amazing from the presentation of food down to how seasoned and perfect everything was cooked .. very pleased with him and definitely appreciated the service from Mama Kay , she made sure we were taken care of from the time we sat down to the time we were ready to leave. Definitely will be back and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and family . Thank you guys for making my Mothers Day Dinner Excellent ❤️❤️❤️ Will be requesting them again on our next visit!
A better system should've been in place. I understand it was Mother's Day but there is no acceptable reason to be an hour behind on reservations. This is poor, ineffective planning on someone's part. The restaurant can only accommodate some many people, reservations or walk-ins. Anytime I have gone there non holiday or other wise, I've spent about 1'- 1 1/2 hrs. This should be factored in for reservations. There should not be reservations for 415pm for 6 ppl then 430pm for 3 or 10. If all the tables are full and you are seating 315pm reservatuons at 430pm, something is wrong. Please do better!
This was my first time at Benihana had a reservation for 8:30 wasn’t seated until 9:20 didn’t receive a chef until around 11 I was thinking wow great first impression but I didn’t complain because our waitress Mama K was so awesome she made sure we at least had drinks very attentive I loved her personality! Finally we got our chef Malachi and can I just say he was absolutely amazing ! The presentation, attitude conversation everything was just amazing especially for him to have been working since 9am i appreciate him for delivering a great attitude even though I know he had to be tired him and mama k absolutely made me forget about the wait I had a great first experience thanks to them and I will be back for them specifically! Ask for Malachi his food definitely don’t miss he “does this “ lol thank yall so much !

We had a 7:30pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 9:30pm. I can’t believe that this restaurant has such a level of disregard for guests. Now it is 10:25 and the chef hasn’t even gotten to our table!!! This is ridiculous ☹️
My husband made a reservation for Mother’s Day and upon arrival there are running more than an hour behind on reservations! They have parties in here that have been waiting more than 1 hour! Save yourself some time and NEVER book here for special occasions!!! Go to the other location if possible!!

Had. A reservation on Mother’s Day this past Sunday, waited for 2 hours to be seated and then waited 30 minutes for waiter women to take our drink order. Then we waited another hour for food which was not that good but it was very expensive. The Managers were rude to everyone asking questions about the wait but the bar staff and drinks were good.
