I made the reservation not realizing Bentley's is a hotel restaurant. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere and would have missed a very nice meal. First, the manager/greeter, waitress, and the server were unbelievably welcoming and attentive. You felt like they were truly glad to see you. The baked goat cheese appetizer and the lobster bisque stood up to the best restaurants in Atlanta. Truly delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly but a little over seasoned for my taste. The brussels and risotto were very nice. Portions were more than we could eat. PS - they validate your parking ticket so you don't pay for hotel parking.

You are a steak house, how do you not know how to cook a steak. Both of our steaks were overcooked but we were on a time crunch and didn't want to wait for another steak. Very disappointing for the price point

After being seated took over 15 minutes before anyone returned to the table to pour water and place a bread and butter basket. Steak was overcooked, risotto was undercooked, requested steak sauce and it never made it to the table.

Nice Steak House vibe. The Lobster Bisque was great with big chunks of lobster and great flavor. The salmon was just okay (little fishy tasting) and the way it is prepared is a little lack luster for the price. Server was attentive and friendly. Overall, the menu is limited and the cost of each "entree" was $$$$. Not my best Steak House experience.

Hostess and Server great. Mushroom crostini eh eh. Beet salad ok. Pork belly 5 ⭐️ star. steak dinner and chocolate good flavor. Wine pairings were great. Great value.

Service was slow. Party of 6 people. Starters and mains were average. The Wedge had a sweet sticky sauce on it - yuck. 2 of our entrees, came overcooked. We immediately sent them back (not willing to pay $67 each for an overcooked steak). So 30 minutes later, we cancelled the recook as everyone in our party was finished. Recooks should have first priority. Last time we are here (before CoVID) it was great. The folks were friendly, but service and food subpar for the price.

Came earlier this year for my birthday so was treating husband for his. We had pretty much same meal as last time. Over $250 and that was only one cocktail. Delmonico ribeye and swordfish great. Ordered same sides as last time - Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They weren't nearly as good as in July. Wedge salad - out of iceberg so substituted romaine which was fine. Didn't ask first - just brought that way. Server friendly enough but very slow. Restaurant wasn't even close enough to being full to be that slow. Heard the host several people away. I know there are lots of business travelers there and I am a business traveler, and it would've turned me off immediately because the restaurant was not busy and the hostess was not friendly very matter of fact, my husband and I met at Bentley's back in the 80s when it was a club/and just rediscovered it had re-opened as a steakhouse earlier this year. We really enjoyed it the first time but do feel it is a bit overpriced. We may try to bar the next time.

Food was great and the service was really good as well, but it took a long time for the food to come out even though it was a Tuesday and the place was damn near empty. Very, very good steak however.

Service was very good. Steak meal was excellent and sea bass meal was not. We said as much and there was no response in any way. For a very expensive restaurant this was not ok. Unfortunately the waitress got this indiscretion reflected in her tip. High expectations and under delivered

Not ready at opening time. We are almost 15 minutes in from being seated and have not got our drinks. Friendly staff and good food.

Excellent place! Everything we ordered was delicious. We would have liked more light in the place, but without a doubt, highly recommended.

Steaks, service, and sides are not the quality of a traditional steakhouse. Cane here to entertain a customer staying in this hotel. Will uber to sonethung offsite next time. Dry aged strip was incredibly thin and cold. Pork chop was cold. Filet was over cooked. MR ordered, yet it was gray.

Let me start with the positive the steak was tender and cooked according to my request. The appetizer (French onion soup) had an excessive amount of salt which was disappointing. The side dishes were mixed, the mushrooms were very good the creamed spinach was swimming in an excessive level of a cheesy sauce. The service was moderate, she was attentive to take drink and meal order but then tended to disappear for extended periods of time. Ambiance was very pleasant and the noise level was easy to maintain a conversation. This is a good but definitely not a Great steakhouse.

VERY slow service. Spent $300 bucks. We should have gone to longhorns and spent $125 for better service and better food. Food was good. But not that good.

Had halibut. Tasty but dry. Served on a bed something that was so salty i had to wipe it off the bottom of the fish. Wedge salad was unique but very small. Waitress friendly but not engaging.
