Friendly service, reasonably priced, well seasoned meat, great dipping sauce. Fun location.

This is my go to place when I want something fresh and and healthy while still being super tasty. I order online and then run inside Ponce to pick up. I always get the kale salad with salmon - the serving size is bigger if you do take away than eat there! The lubna is fresh with dill and olive oil. I would suggest always getting double bread - it is SO tasty!

As a longtime fan of Delbar, I was excited to see their new more casual outpost open up at PCM. They have a suitably more casual menu but still with a lot of options. There are a small number of bench style seats in the space itself, but most likely you'll want to go find seating elsewhere in the food hall area as the actual table space at Bibi is pretty small. I got a thing of hummus, which comes with warm toasted bread, and the Mahi plate, which is grilled salmon on rice that comes with some pickled vegetables (torshi) and zhough. The hummus is quite nice, and the bread that comes with it is really soft and delicious, although I think I might have preferred warm pita just for ease. Soft bread tends to just come apart when you're wiping it through a thicker dip, you know? With the Mahi plate--I wanted to try it because l LOVE the salmon at Delbar. The plate came with two pieces of grilled salmon. Both with really crispy skin and nice flavor, but with two different levels of done-ness? One was super tender and juicy just the way I like it, and the other was a bit more "well done". Unclear how that happened, but oh well. Love the zhough and the torshi, great accompaniments to the salmon. There was a LOT of rice. Like, a LOT. Probably enough for two people if I hadn't been as hungry as I was. Honestly I could have done with less rice and more torshi. Definitely sprinkle the sumac on the salmon, too! Overall, if I have a choice I will probably still go to the original Delbar, but it's nice to have another solid option at PCM.

Good food but SO overpriced for what it is. I actually like their labneh more than the kabobs they have. I would eat here again though!

On my way to Ponce City Market for the first time I had to research some options before getting there to avoid options overload. I saw the lamb sandwich from Bimi and knew I had to try it.I was really sad to see people walking past Bimi, because the food was so so good. I would guess that the aesthetics look like it would be more of a dessert bar than a middle eastern fusion. But if you go, please give this place a chance.Lamb sandwich - the bread tastes like they had just removed it from the oven. The lamb was tender and falling apart, so tasty, had a delicious sauce. Was given the option to get salad or fries and I’m glad we opted for the fries. They were peppery and spiced to perfection. This was served with a tahini based sauce (not sure if it was for the sandwich or fries but all together it was tasty).Ice creams: we got the Persian pistachio and rose and the baklava. The baklava flavor was the table favorite.I got both to try so you don’t have to.
