I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday. When we got to the restaurant, it was closed. We were never notified even after confirming the reservation. Very disappointed!

My first time at Big Chow Grill and we loved it! We visited on a Thursday night . Greeted with a smile at the door and we're quickly sat . Our server Natalie was so sweet and explained to us their unique create your own bowl concept ! The food was fresh! I put a bunch of different sauces in my bowl and it was great ! My second bowl I made chicken Alfredo! I love all the different options! Bathrooms were clean staff was friendly food was delicious! I can't believe I've came to so many braves games and never tried them out ! We will be back !
One of our favourite restaurants ever! They have a million ways for you to customize your stir-fry and every one I've tried has been delicious. They have rice, noodles, vegetables, at least a dozen sauces, tofu, chicken, beef, eggs, and spice shakers. There's lots more but I can't remember it all! You give them your raw ingredients, they fry them up perfectly, and bring awesome in a bowl back to your table. :-)The only thing I would change is the no take-home policy. I understand it, but I can't eat very much at one sitting and I hate wasting food. I would gladly pay extra to take what I already had cooked but couldn't finish home. Also, be advised that the Galleria has started charging for parking, even after 7pm on a weekday evening.
Big Chow grill is awesome! We love all the options they have on the stir fry line. You literally can pick whatever you want and then they will cook it up for you. They have options that are vegetarian/vegan and will cook those items separately if you let them know. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
I called a head and scheduled a reservation but they were not open when we showed. Apparently our group is not the only one this happened to as another couple came and also had reservations.
We love mongolian, and we're little hesitant at the fusion, but it was legit! Good selection and flavors. Cooked perfectly. Adam (our server) was funny and willing to dance on request!
It was nice going back to a Chow Baby after they closed the location in the Mall of Georgia. Cumberland is a bit of a trek though.Once we got seated and went to the building bar, the previous people left the white rice drum wide open. Going down the actual bar, some of the ingredients/sauces are further out to reach for even someone with long arms like me, so of course there was cross contamination of ingredients and sauces especially. The bar on the other side had their protein spices openly exposed with a spoon to manually flavor it. Given that most people may not have been masked up at the bar, who knows how many germs could be from people touching raw meat with the spoon, sneezing, what have you.I will say besides that, I enjoyed my experience with the 3 bowls I had so why 2 stars then? Ever since eating there, I have had to go to the bathroom way more than I care to count, Saturday being especially terrible. My wife had the same experience despite us eating different ingredients and proteins. Given the fact we both were sick Saturday and most of Sunday I doubt I'll be coming back.
The food was delicious just be sure to look at the board with all the sauces that go well together. Karlsey was our waitress and she was very attentive even though she had several tables! Five star service just rating her. The food was delicious fish perfectly cooked every time!!! Try it you will love it!!!!!
There was 4 of us to celebrate my son's birthday for dinner. The music was loud, we found it hard to have a conversation. The mens bathroom was dirty, no paper towels, paper towel dispense tore off wall, toilets looked as they had not been cleaned in weeks. In general, the restaurant was unkept with trash on the floor. On a positive, the food and service was good.

Good stuff here. Havent been since COVID but I imagine its just as good as it was pre-pandemic.
I am very disappointed in this place. It seems like every since they switched management the customer service has turned into garbage. Waitresses with bad attitudes. It just seems like nobody cares when you come here to eat anymore. I never leave reviews on places. But something has to give. I have gave this place at least 3 chances. Everytime i come its the same outcome. The food is decent. Its definitely not worth the kind of service. Not worth the wait. Not worth being stuck in Cobb County traffic for this.
Starting off I have to say... Food was still good. I have been eating here for conventions and special occasions for the last 10 years. So when I say this weekend was the worst service I have had at a restaurant, let alone at a place I enjoy, I mean it.The first day (Thursday) I came in with two other people and we ate dinner. The waitress gave us our sticks and drinks, and then left. We next saw her about an hour later after someone else brought our food. It then takes about 15 more minutes after we request the check to receive it. Then the change and cards takes another 20. When this is finally done she brings my change back... I paid 50$ for 36.56 or so of food. My change was 2$. So fine, I was going to leave about 10$ in tip for my food anyway, but it's rude to just not bring money back. The second trip over the convention we didn't even have a waitress. One person took our drinks, another brought the sticks, and another delivered the food. We sat in the dining hall with 4 waitresses looking over every table around us. After we finished our meal, which took about 45 mins, we then waited for the check. After 20 mins or so we asked a waitress to get our check, and she said "I'm not your waitress... I'm not sure who is, but I'll try to find them for you." After another hour passed of us sitting at the table my group was ready to leave without paying.I left 60$ on the table and walked out. The person at the door doesn't welcome us to come back or even acknowledge us leaving, and overall this ended up being the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.I am usually laid back, and I forgive a lot because I know the convention is a packed time and everyone is overworked... Hell, I managed a fast food place when I was younger... But that level service and negligence is way beyond unacceptable. So in conclusion... I will return next year, and I generally don't write reviews to complain about a place... But my hope is that the business takes note of how poorly it ran over my two visits.
Deffo one of my favorite spots around Marietta for fusion Asian food. If you make the right selections, the stir fry is delicious
Build your own stirfry. Yeah, COVID ruins the experience a little bit, but the food is still top notch. Giant cups for drinks too, like 32oz or something, its crazy.Overall i would recommend, i stop by every time I'm coming through Atlanta, even when I'm just driving through.
