I’m an ice cream person. I love ice cream and know good ice cream. Their ice cream and topping are just not good. They need better sprinkles and the hard syrup has a funny taste to it. We really need a good soft serve ice cream in Atlanta, however Big Softie has a long way to go unless they change up the way their product taste. I hear the hype but I was underwhelmed. I’ve been multiple times to this place and never been disappointed. The staff is so kind, always smiling while being super busy. They have options for vegan and the flavours are delicious. Even with a classic chocolate vanilla soft serve you won’t be disappointed.
