The food was pretty good, no complaints. The service was so/so. Our waiter was kind but struggled a bit. He didn't bus the table at all so when we left there were still 5 plates on the table. I thought that was odd as it wasn't busy. But all in all it's an okay restaurant if your in the Perimeter area.
We tried Harpers this year for Mother's Day, it is average at best. Food was just ok, there were flies buzzing around some of the food, the sushi looked very bad with avocado that was brown on the outside. The music was way too loud and the food was far too spread-out to actually know what was available.
We enjoyed our dinner at Parkwoods - everyone in our party of 8 thought the food tasted great. The host and server (Michael & Miguel) were both very friendly and patient with us as we settled in. We'd recommend everything we ordered: mushroom risotto, half-rack ribs (the corn bread that came with was DELICIOUS), burger, shrimp & grits, kids grilled cheese & fries, mule & "bee's knees" cocktails.
We really enjoyed the Easter brunch. The entire staff was so friendly and all of the food was fresh. Plus lots of choices!
This is the hotel restaurant for the Crowne Plaza . . . But the outdoor setting is amazing, the service was exceptionally friendly and fast. We got a burger and fish & chips, both were great.
Parkwoods in the Crown Plaza - Perimeter has been on my radar for a minute finally went. I thought it would be a bit pricey since it was in a hotel, but it wasn't. Took my mom for her 88th birthday - she loved it. The food was really good and the portions were great! Don't get that often. I had the protein bowl (one of their vegetarian options) added shrimp that was recommended by our server. Some of the other dishes we had burger (x3), turkey sandwich, squash soup, fish and chips, Scottish salmon all were very good. Not often you have dinner with a large party and everyone is happy. I want to thank our server John G. enjoyed all of his recommendations, great personality and he really made my mom feel special. Will be going back just to hang in the bar, nice vibe. One recommendation - larger tv's :) it was also game night. Go Bills!
Service and food were exceptional, was a great dining experience! Everything was fresh, especially the seafood
The noise level was higher than expected for a quiet, romantic dinner, but the food was excellent. The restaurant is located on the main floor at the back of the hotel. The walk was uncomfortable on my knees. We had the main course and soup and skipped dessert. They serve a lot of food on the plate. The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is impeccable and clean.
We went for Thanksgiving and the meal was wonderful. The chef came out and asked us how everything was. He was very kind and cared about the food he was preparing for everyone. Highly reccomend.
We had a wonderful dining experience. The ambience was evident. Harry the manager was pleasant, courteous and meticulous about the quality and service of the establishment. During our sitting he stopped by to make sure we were pleased with the service and quality of the food. We will definitely dine in Parkwoods again and refer our friends, colleagues and family.

It's a great spot for a date. Drinks were amazing, food was great. The service was hospitable. The server & managers were all smiles and dropped by to check on us. I totally recommend
On an otherwise rote Sunday afternoon, Carmen was such an unexpected bright spot and delight in my evening. Come for the food and especially the ambiance but come again for the Outstanding SERVICE!!!

It's not really clear, but this is the restaurant in the hotel at Ravinia. It is open and airy with large windows overlooking the natural land outside. The patio was not open for dining. We were one of just a few tables occupied, service was good, not outstanding. IE we were seated for a bit before anyone came over to get drink orders.
Part of hotel so if no events going on the restaurant is pretty empty. We enjoyed the food and the server was very good. I would not call it a destination restaurant
