That is logistically challenging and Dick made it work beautifully. He was charming in his interactions with guests and the food was fabulous! Chef Richard is the kind of person that does what he does for more than money. He does what he does out of a true passion for cooking, entertaining and serving. He’s handled several events for me and has far exceeded expectations every single time. He’s incredibly flexible with the menu and his food is some of the best food I’ve ever had.
