Yesterday I visited this Blaze Pizza location for the first time after a close friend recommended it. She had come earlier with my godchildren, and they enjoyed their pizza. Before I made the trip, she asked the staff what time they closed, and they confirmed 10:00 PM. Based on that, my daughter and I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant, arriving at 9:52 PM. To our disappointment, we were told we could not be served and would need to come back another day. The staff explained they had been there all day and were tired. While I understand working long shifts can be exhausting, as someone who has been in customer service, entrepreneurship, and the restaurant industry for years, I also understand the importance of professionalism and honoring your posted hours. If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, customers should be able to order until then. Otherwise, it should be clearly stated on the website, social media, or signage that no orders are accepted after 9:52 PM. This would prevent customers from wasting time and gas especially those traveling from farther away. I really wanted to support this location because of the great things I heard, but the experience was frustrating for both me and my daughter. I hope management will consider making closing policies clearer to avoid situations like this in the future.

This COULD be such a cool place. The theory is great but their management is just lacking in every way. Your folks treat your customers like you do owner/manager. I asked for balsamic on the top of my cheesy bread - the Manager said he had to charge me for it which would have been fine, except he said it in such a rude and demeaning way. Now, I'm just thinking out loud here but the likely less than a dime of balsamic it would take to put on top of my cheesy bread (which mind you they offee for free on pizza - and I ordered 1/2 pizza and 1/2 cheesy bread) would have made a happy customer, instead you have an unhappy customer leaving a one star service review. I'm already paying $11 for a personal pan size pizza - you could charge me $12 but gift that little drizzle of balsamic. I just struggle to understand how in an area where there are probably 15-20 restaurants in a 1/2 mile radius you would think that customer satisfaction would be not be the highest priority. I'll choose any of the other restaurants rather than go back here for lunch.

Meal Deal you can't really beat these days. 1/2 pizza any toppings and a drink under $10 is beating most these days. Even Moe's is $11 these days.

First time eating here and will definitely go back! Really like your ability to customize your pizza while looking at the toppings. We were there for lunch and the 1/2 pizza with breadsticks or a salad was a great option and VERY reasonably priced!

I love the excellent service. And the team atmosphere. My pizza was a little crispy at the bottom and kyami recooked my pizza. I also love Cams energy also
People in this store are racist. Very rude to customers. The one cutting pizza thinks she own blaze pizza company . If something is wrong on their side it is fine . If we point something they are just busy making faces . Worst experience ever.

They recently changed all the staff. The guy that cuts the pizza was eating lunch at the cutting station and sticking his gloves in his mouth and then cutting customers pizza with the same gloves. The whole place seems so unhygienic and disgusting. Will not be eating this pizza. (No straws for drinks either)
