As a first time customer, I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The lines are not only long but there’s no seating for people who aren’t purchasing a section. Not to mention, the night before we attempted to purchase one, but the system kept giving a network error. Unbeknownst to us, we were actually charged. 322.25 to be exact. We came back hoping to get it rectified and better service, but we were treated even worse. We spent well over $100 in drinks in addition to $20 parking for 3 cars. The management kept coming thru the crowd pushing us even tho we didn’t have a secure place to actually enjoy ourselves. The waitresses were rude and disrespectful and the first thing I usually notice is a smile. They just frowned and yelled the entire time. I’m from the other side of the tracks, but I kept my composure. Instead of mgmt antagonizing his guests, he should’ve been asking us paying patrons how he can make our services better. Disgusting. I will never return and as a top rater I’d hope to see some improvements.

There's no place to sit unless you're paying $250 so you have to stand around and try your best to stay out of the staff's way they will tell you the move you can't stand there. I didn't get a chance to order food if I did there was nowhere to eat it. Again unless you're paying VIP prices to sit down. Correct me if I'm wrong I'm never trying to bash anyone's business. Just taking my experience.

They got good snapper so I come here from time to time but they like to steal. They don’t print the receipt before you pay, instead they just bring a hand held POS that has your total and percentages for tips on the screen. Say you press 20% then print your receipt thats when you notice they had automatically added 20% gratuity so you just inadvertently double tipped. I’m all for tipping well for excellent service but let it be my choice and don’t do sneaky stuff. As well there is zero signage that informs you of their automatic gratuity policy. Real tab was $100 but they brought a screen that said $120 would I like to add 18%, 20%, or 25% gratuity. I selected 20% which added $24 bringing my total to $144 just to print my receipt and see my total was $100 and they had already added the 20% ($20) before presenting me the screen. So they tricked me into tipping $44 on a $100 tab.
