The chocolate brigadeiro is great for people that do not like a strong caffeine flavor. The service is quick. The prices are reasonable. Lattes are decent better know what drink you want. They don’t give recommendations and today neither of the ladies were nice. I said thank you when i received my drink the Hispanic young lady said absolutely none thing! For your prices you should get a better attitude I didn’t do it.

A coffee shop in the middle of the library is a perfect touch! The coffee is beyond tasty, and the staff are very sweet and supportive.Other than limited options on some days, I would definitely say it’s a great place to grab coffee and food.

Nothing better than starting my day off at Blue Donkey with an iced coffee, always a great study spot when I have time between classes but the customer service takes the cake on why I visit! The manager, Madison, is beyond sweet and very helpful! Great place!

The quality of this Blue Donkey has gone downhill in the last year. I went back recently and they didn't have 3 of the iced coffee flavors, several sandwich ingredients, or smoothies (we went at 2 PM on a Monday so the "it's not smoothie time" claim is strange. When IS smoothie time because it doesn't say on the menu). They didn't have the iced coffee they did offer in the stirring/dispenser machines- they just had the gallons sitting out on the counter. I got a 465 which is my usual order and it didn't taste how it normally does, I guess because it wasn't the right temp and hadn't been stirred. There were only 3 employees and one was MIA as the other two kept saying "where is X?" Stay away because the prices are not worth it

the server set down my coffee and spilled it on my shirt and did not apologize or even acknowledge it at all. She simply brushed it off even though my shirt was clearly completely ruined. I will never go here again. I would happily walk 10 minutes to a coffee shop who actually cares about their customers.

They never have smoothies anymore yet their menu says they have smoothies. Every time I go there it’s one excuse or another about not making smoothies. They also don’t make them after a certain time each day. Like one time I went at 5:30pm and they said it’s no longer smoothie time. Made no sense. They need to start serving them again!
