Beer on tap was very good. Ordered wings and from an order of eight, TWO were wing tips!!! Total RIP OFF!!!!

We wanted a cocktail before our last fight home. April was the bartender. She was very unfriendly, even annoyed when I ordered a dry vodka martini. A simple drink only 2 ingredients. I am not sure what the third one was that was added, but the worst cocktail I have ordered out, served in a plastic cup and cost $13.51. I also did not appreciate that a tip was already included (for one drink order?) especially since the service and product were so unsatisfactory.

Dropped in because I had an hour before boarding and it was next to my gate. The single waitress was frazzled from trying to cover all the tables by herself. I ordered a sandwich and a draft beer. The sandwich was like what you'd get in an upscale vending machine - edible but certainly nothing to write home about. The beer took forever to get there - I was halfway through with the meal before it arrived. While eating I observed numerous people walking up to the waitress station to pay their tab or to order something because no one was coming to the tables. I also heard that they couldn't serve liquor drinks because "the bartender is running late and isn't here yet." The waitress, while frazzled, was polite, but it just seems like the restaurant isn't being managed properly. With all that poor service as a backdrop, I was **NOT** happy to see an 18% gratuity added to the bill. I get it for large parties, but I was a single diner. Tips are not "help me pay my rent this month" but are supposed to be reserved for good service. Since I didn't get good service I was very unhappy at having the tip forced on me without consent. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless they can get the management and service issues resolved.

With airport prices like these you would expect a nicer menu. But I was handed a folded, crumpled, stained piece of paper. Companies lowering the bar and raising the prices. I hate supporting this company with my dollars. Every light bulb on the bar was a different color temperature. Place was dirty. Zero pride. Luckily the $14 beer was cold and staff was nice.

Bad service from one associate and then another overcharged me. Didn’t realize it until later. Will never go there again. And will make sure to tell others. Terrible service all around.

Had to scan their QR code at the bar to order anything. Put in 2 different CC numbers and both got denied. All the while my CCs got hacked and fraudulent charges were made. Both cards shutdown while traveling for work are not a good thing. Very poor business practice.

I actually didn't even stay here. The staff was so rude when I arrived that I got up and walked to a different restaurant.

I ordered using the table QR code. I did not add a tip as I hadn’t had any service yet, I could leave cash later. My tea came very quickly and the sandwich followed very timely. The breakfast sandwich was burnt and very salty. The servers never came back to refill my tea or check on me or my meal. Was it intentional because I did not pre pay a tip? I don’t know, but sitting in a booth after getting burnt food and having an empty glass for 30 minutes is not what service professionals do.

Rude Rude Rude! Bartenders were extremely rude. Waited in line for 10 minutes only to have the bartender ignore me and then get sassy when telling me to scan the menu to order. Had someone greeted me and told me to scan, there would be no problem here. Bartenders exact words were “ ey, you waitin on a drink or something? Scan the menu then I’ll bring you a drink”….pretty soon airport restaurants won’t need employees.

Every body can eat well here but NEVER add extras... they charge u but they will forget to add your extras... and don't worry for your money back they will keep it, also there is no way to complain through the web app for people with hearing disabilities...

Just got off of a 4 hr flight. Wanted to relax in between flights and they expected us to order and pay from our phones before even getting our drunks!!!! My phone was dying so we had to leave! I did ask a waitress for help and she just pointed to the app and said we HAD to order from that!!! Customer Service is out the door! I'm sure she would have expected a tip too!!!

Terrible, staff was clueless and ignored us. QR code system did not submit order to the kitchen but the system charged my card anyway. Basically a fraudulent charge as no food was ever received and we walked out when the staff just said “system was down”. They offered no help.

Best beer in the world. Worst place in the airport to be! Service sucks and staff is useless. If you don't order from phone, you can't get beer. Even if you did order you have to enter you CC info. You can't pay to the server. Why then is there a till? And you're supposed to tip? For what? Customers are doin all the work.

Beware of bugs in your food and drinks. We had a beetle in our apple martini my wife ordered. Just take a second look before taking a sip. They remade the drink but they should have given us a refund at the very least.
