I gave it a 3-star bc this is my second time trying it. I literally pushed buttons on a screen and they still got it wrong. First time they still put Cheese even though I pushed the "no cheese" button. This time I pushed the "no cheese" and "crunchified" button. Go the no cheese part right, but not the crunchified part. Lol. No time to complain or correct...gotta catch this flight! :)

Either they got my order wrong, or they way overcooked my burger. It was dry and tough and not good. Maybe I got a veggie burger by accident. The sweet potato fries were ok.

The woman who took our order yesterday while we were in Atlanta for a layover was so incredibly rude. The attitude in the atmosphere here is one of ignorant disdain and impatience for the customers. I saw several staff members rolling eyes at patrons and acting as if we were an inconvenience to them. I was shamed for grabbing some napkins and condiments by the same counter worker. It's an unfamiliar concept of orders at the counter yet having a waiter. Confusing. Our actual waiter was a nice gentleman. The ladies of this joint seemed to have a straight up chip on their shoulders. Made it uncomfortable to dine in. Just a reminder to workers. Your number one job is to make customers feel welcome amd appreciate. We owe you nothing but courtesy and business. Act professional people. Have some class.

The food was awesome! The waiter was a bully. I had my order and money in my hand and he grabbed it out of my hand before I had a chance to get settled in my seat. The reason we got a seat so fast was because my grandchildren had been sitting there and gave it to us when they were done. I mentioned to the waiter that they were my grandchildren and he proceeded to tell me they did not tip him enough money. I found this strange because one of them works as a waitress and is all about tipping the workers really good. We had to ask for our change , I think he probably thought we had forgotten it . he let us know he expected a good tip. When I confronted the grandchildren about the tip they told me that he gave them very poor service. I should have went to the manager when we were there but had to rush to catch a plane.

Good burger joint for an airport lounge. Pretty tasty burger and the onion rings were crispy and satisfying and came with an aoli sauce! The bartender was very friendly and provided speedy service. The price point was surprisingly reasonable.
