I’ve been ordering meals from Chef Maya for a while now, and I absolutely love her meals. The meals are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned, making it so convenient for me to stay on track with my nutrition goals. Maya does an amazing job of balancing taste with health, and I love that everything is made with quality ingredients. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into each meal, and it shows. The BEST meal preps out there. I love Maya’s food.

The meals are awesome and Maya the owner is so nice! It’s also super convenient that they deliver as well. These meals are saving me because I rarely have time to cook and end up eating fast food. Now I have meals that are healthy and convenient. My favorite is the Chicken Alfredo !

I cannot recommend Bodied By Maya Meal Prep enough. The meals taste so incredible that I truly am not sure how they can be as healthy as they are! They are also huge! Most of them I are barely shut in their container because its so full and can feed me for two meals. The best part is that even if I eat a whole one I don't feel awful afterward because they are so clean. My favorites are the Shrimp Jambalaya, Salmon pasta and Chicken Alfredo! And on top of all this...Maya is an amazing person!
