kiosk broken and ¾ of the menu unavailable. its dinner time at the busiest airport. do better and be prepared

Airport so can’t expect much but couldn’t order drinks, no one really to help. Took forever. Had 45 mins to catch connection when I got the food turned around to my gate I had 10 mins left. Biscuit was dry and hard, Mac and cheese definitely been sitting for a long time. All around bad

traveled from puerto rico to cali & stopped in atl, havent traveled in a while & come to find out that theyre cashless & self service kiosk, atleast other places were “cashless” but you were still able to get a “voucher” to buy food…. was baffled but world we live in now i guess

Chicken tenders are very good, soft inside,crispy and good spicy on breading. Very polite staff. They went out of fries but replaced it with macaronis

The girl at the desk knew we were in a rush and that the fries won’t be ready in time so she did multiple subs last minute and we were good to go not to miss our flight

Quentin was very professional he customer service was above the roof I appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. At bojangle with a subway shirt lol but he was on top of things.

It’s somewhat astonishing that during a regular service day and with it being self serve orders (knowing that what is wanted is what gets ordered & paid for because it’s displayed on the self serve screen in front of you and adjacent to where payment is processed) that the employees, who from the sounds coming out from behind the walled-off service area sound like they are having a blast, cannot manage to put an order together correctly by neglecting to include not one BUT TWO OF
FOUR items ordered and paid for! Bojangles Corporate would be embarrassed and alarmed that an operation with their brand gave an experience of incompetence.

I have been to this bojangles numerous times and have given grace each time that they provided terrible customer service however yesterday they shut down their store at 9:30 despite closing at 10. I get 10 minutes before close but 30? You need people there willing to work the entirety of their shift. Why apply if you aren’t willing to work until close? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so i get wanting to go home at a decent time but closing 30 minutes before close is egregious.
