This is the worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. They are never stocked on food, i mean how you a chicken spot and only selling sides? The people who work there have no customer service skills and dont care about getting the food out to customers. I just waited 30 min for a chicken sandwich bcuz the person making the food and the one bagging it seemed to be in some sort of beef and were arguing back and forwards as if no one could see them. And when i asked if it would be faster to get a refund the agent bagging the food storms off as if offended. 0/10 experience and would not recommend to airport workers or traveling customers.

Staff won't get off their phones to do any actual work or help a customer, always out of Cajun biscuits and the fries are always cold. I guess when you have a cap of audience at the airport I think you can do whatever you want

Came here for a quick bite and this is a southern brand. Taste is ok but no one monitoring the drink station. Empty tea urn and soda bibs were all out.
Just need stronger awareness to care for the customers.

This place is slow as molasses... Do not order if you don't have 20 mins to spare! Orders are on computer and the staff are laughing enjoying cooking the food... but they sure hate serving it out...

This place only had order via Kiosk, we ordered and one of the orders was for chicken tenders, the Kiosk forces you to select a side and the sauce u would like. We paid and then someone comes out and says we have to pay more because it does not include a side. The employe said it’s the Kiosk is selling something that is not included with the order and if we want it we have to pay extra for it. This is a “bait and switch” after a sale. If you can’t set up your point of sale system you can’t just make up something after the sale. You should honor you’r bad kiosk system or Fix it and not run a bait and switch on your customers.

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Bojangles Got biscuits with steak an ham Was so dry and hard I could play baseball with the biscuits. Seems like they was made a couple days in advance ? never again?
