Have been a few times because it’s the closest location near me. I have only had 1 good experience. The customer service basically doesn’t exist. Everyone working is inconsiderate or unfriendly. The order total is always different at the window. The food is never consistent, fries are either too hard or soggy while tasting old. The drinks taste watered down

I rated this restaurant several years ago and it was OK. Now my opinion of this location has changed. Last several times coming here the restaurant was out of cole slaw. Today was the kicker. Out of Cole slaw. I asked for just dropped chicken (hot). Order taker asked mgr or whoever it was, and he started laughing. ( I can imagine what he said ) nonetheless I ordered 2 breast dinner with substitute pinto beans. Order came. Chicken was NOT just cooked . It wasn’t even lukewarm. And small breasts at that. It was intentional. Needless to say this restaurant is never clean especially around the soda station. It’s obvious the owner does not care about this restaurant. I will never return.

I had been eating at this location for the past year when I tell you this was the most disgusting $12 I spent I MEAN IT the chicken had PINK IN IT!!! Which was crazy?!!!! And I ordered two sweet potato pies and they were burnt up! It wasn't till I got some 30 minutes Away did I realize this I am appalled and will not be eating here pure FILTH!!!

My family and I went to this Bojangles Tuesday 1/13 the only issue we had with the food was that the fries and Bo rounds were hard. We did not return anything or make a fuss only to get home hours later to realize that my card was never returned to me and I had 3 transactions made from a square self business card totaling right at about $400. I have called the location multiple times as it is down town and I do not live in that areas, but can’t not get an answer I will be making my way there in the morning.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a leg and thigh meal with Mac and cheese. The chicken sandwich was way to salty so where the fries. The Mac and cheese was trash. Soggy ,wet, and slimmy with no salt or flavor. All of that mess went in the trash. Wasted 23. Dollars and some change. I'm sick of wasting my money on trash food. I wish these managers manage and try the food for quality. Not just looks.
Bojangles needs to do better I ordered my food in the drive thru today on 12/4/25 and at the bottom of my soda cup was black stuff 🤢I got a mountain dew drink Bojangles needs to change the drink machine or ice part this is nasty and disturbing

I was welcomed in by a friendly young lady as soon as I entered. She immediately took my order and accepted my payment. By the time I filled my to-go cup, my order was bagged and waiting on the counter. As it was Black Friday, I asked if she had a good Thanksgiving whereupon she showed me a picture of her 1st ever attempted Red Velvet Cake, which looked delicious. If I could have gotten a slice of that cake, I would have given them 5 stars. Oh wait, I did give them 5 stars. Friendly, fast, and delicious! I can't ask for more than that.
