Man, soon as I walked, smelled very good. Everyone seemed to be happy to be at work or something because after making a decision of what I wanted they quickly accessed that I wanted to order and as quickly as I had placed it, in about 2 minutes it was up. No attitudes just smiles. I've been here before there was an issue once where I had to wait about 35 minutes. I considered them being busy, but the employees before did not care and gave me a big biscuit as compensation rather than just a simple apology. Didn't take it personally. However after a year I come back and it was much better experience. Pretty quiet and clean as well. Would love to try dining in some day after feeling welcomed as a customer. The employees that served me was amazing 😍

I ordered an egg platter with no meat. All they gave me was eggs. Had to go back to get my grits and they still forgot my biscuit. Other than that the food was good.

I'm from California and everytime I come to ATL I HAVE to go to Bojangles. I also have to smuggle some back to Cali... I order at least 3-5 chicken biscuits, which is the best thing on the menu, with butter and honey?! YAAAAASSS!! Much better than Chick-fil-A... do better with customer service tho, some of the staff be rude af.

This place/location needs some SERIOUS help asap! There always seems to be issues... I went there yesterday & there weren't any French Fries available... like how is that even possible! There were also other things that weren't available as well! The strange thing was... It wasn't even busy! You guys REALLY need to step it up and do better being that you are one of only a few Bojangles in the Atlanta area!
