Did this biscuit just melt in my mouth?! He didn't ask if I wanted jelly. Yall, I took one bite and didn't want to stop and put the jelly on it! 😆😆😆 I ate half of it before I put the jelly on it. He must have known that I wouldn't need it. 😆😆😆

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Gavin. Although he was wrapping up a task, his greeting was pleasant and assured me that he’d be to assist me momentarily. His professionalism, customer service and promptness makes me prefer this location every time! Even after receiving my order, (dined in) he came to check on me to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I don’t know if he is being considered for management, but this is the level of service that needs to be representing the Bojangles brand. Please make sure that he is recognized for going above and beyond!
Terrible service at this store. They are very slow, they take too long to give you your order, and they check their food because my chicken was raw. 🤮🥴I am disappointed.😵💫

Guy at counter was sitting in lobby and had to get order together when I walked in. Food was ready and sitting out on counter, he was just sitting on his phone. Second time I’ve had an issue with this place, management needs to work on pace
