Bojangles needs to do better I ordered my food in the drive thru today on 12/4/25 and at the bottom of my soda cup was black stuff 🤢I got a mountain dew drink Bojangles needs to change the drink machine or ice part this is nasty and disturbing

I was welcomed in by a friendly young lady as soon as I entered. She immediately took my order and accepted my payment. By the time I filled my to-go cup, my order was bagged and waiting on the counter. As it was Black Friday, I asked if she had a good Thanksgiving whereupon she showed me a picture of her 1st ever attempted Red Velvet Cake, which looked delicious. If I could have gotten a slice of that cake, I would have given them 5 stars. Oh wait, I did give them 5 stars. Friendly, fast, and delicious! I can't ask for more than that.

I usually only come into Bojangles for breakfast. And I get the same thing - a side of eggs and Reg Bo Rounds. Today I was feeling famished and I added a chicken thigh. I don't know why, but when I have a hankering for fried chicken, Bojangles is not at the top of my list (usually KFC, Popeyes, & Church's, in that order). After dining in, I had to return to the counter to give my compliments! Ms. Jenie cooked the eggs to perfection (not over cooked and rubbery), the Bo Rounds were hot and delicious (as usual), and the chicken thigh was tastier than any of the other frequently visited competitors. Bojangles managed to fry the chicken crispy and still lock in the dark meat juices! The only thing that wd've made my visit better was if I had a coupon (the meal was almost $9) or if the app actually included a loyalty/rewards program. Bojangles is now at the top of my fried chicken list! They also cook Breakfast all day long and open at 5am. Who knew?! 👍🏾👍🏾

This location is very hit or miss. They’re always out of something. Then they always want you “pull up”, and once they bring your order to your car it’s wrong. They have AI taking orders which provides a different total than what the cashier says. Also if you order the same order through the app, it’s cheaper than in person.

The reason I gave it a low score cause when i walked in no one was there to help me they all were in the kitchen and they did not have any food out. Also their was only to customers in there and one in drive through. They saw me but still did not help. This is what i call poor customer service. I won't be going to this one. anymore even though it is up the street from where I live

Did this biscuit just melt in my mouth?! He didn't ask if I wanted jelly. Yall, I took one bite and didn't want to stop and put the jelly on it! 😆😆😆 I ate half of it before I put the jelly on it. He must have known that I wouldn't need it. 😆😆😆
