Don’t come here , it’s extremely slow . I was in the drive through for like 20 minutes to have to sit and wait another 15 minutes . In total waited almost 45 minutes. The lady was nice, but overall it was only like 6 people and we all waited a long time not sure what’s going on but many people were unhappy

out of toilet paper and paper towels in the bathroom slowest service in town they all ignored me at the counter ,,, they are out of several menu items this place sucks compared to the one close to home ,,,, get it together !!!

Black lady at the drive through was very rude this morning. She rushed me as I tried to get change to pay her. She didn’t smile at all and had a nasty attitude. I didn’t eat my food yet just came to review the terrible treatment.

Awesome as always! My GF and I love Bojanagles! And this location is great to me! Always nice employees!
The staff was friendly from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. I saw there was a new fish sandwich but figured since it was 10:10 and breakfast didn't end til 10:30 that I wasn't going to be able to get one. They dropped one fresh for me got our order perfect. Nothing over cooked or undercooked. Staff was happy conversative and helpful. My boyfriend didn't know that the steak biscuit was deep fried but the manager was super sweet and offered to replace it if he didn't like it, and even brought out a free gravy for my bf to try with it and when I say he was in heaven I mean it. This is by far our favorite Bojangles now. We came here a while ago when the management was different and the difference between then and now is a total 180°. The staff actually seem to be happy and take pride in what they are doing, the manager helps the team by taking orders to curbside so that no one has to stop their flow. This team is a great example of how service should operate everywhere. 100/10 stars would recommend this spot to everyone. If you've had a bad experience with this store in the past I challenge you to go back one more time and if you like it swap your review.

Drive through slow with only 4 cars, tea was old and not brewed correctly, worker/cook had an attitude for serving me some old, dry chicken. Cashier charged my card and never gave me my receipt. Kids are running this place. Please hire real management and some adults to run this place. Not a true bojangles when you got janky people running this place. Waiting on my food to be replaced as I'm writing this. I will be requesting a refund if it comes out any where near what it was the first time.

Warning for non pork and beef eaters: Chicken is cooked in beef lard. Im not vegetarian but I don't consume pork, beef, lamb or any of those animals or anything cooked in those things. I give 4 stars for what I order. I get egg and cheese biscuits. Priced just over 3 dollars per egg and cheese biscuits. Fresh and bad at all for a fast food place. Some of the sides are Vegetarian. Just ask and be careful. Heard the fish and grilled chicken doesn't have beef but I'm good . ? I'll get fish at a restaurant or grill my own salmon. I give 4 stars just for the egg and cheese biscuits. I can't comment on the beef chicken. Also I've gotten multiple delivery orders from here they are ways nice and have the orders ready in a timely manner. Bring back hot sauce packets!

The wait in the drive thru was long even though there were me at the drive thru and one customer on the inside. When I questioned how much longer the associated asked me if I had ever heardP of patience and started spewing some mumbo jumbo that Idid not understand and saying something about fighting for civil rights. Really! Irrelevant! He claims to be the manager.Good customer service: Never tell a cusomer to be patient. You offer an apology, not a reprimand or lecture. Afterall, the customer is there by choice and can go elsewhere. Also, the food was not good.
