Watch out folks. The cashier will upsell your order without you asking and then will not give you what you paid for. She seems innocent but this happens every time I go there. So I listen to other customers when they order and they're stealing. I'll ask for a number 1 which is $7.49 and 8.03 with tax. She will say my total is $9.03. she up sized the side item without asking. She'll charge you a $dollar more. It's happened to many times to be an mistake.

I frequent this location a lot and its always good, but I just wanted to highlight the manager on duty this morning 1/24/25 she had braids. Her customer service is amazing. She literally made my day this morning just from the cheer in her voice. The food was fresh and the cashier was nice as well. Just wanted to semd some shine to the manager. Keep it up!
Definitely the most orderly Bojangles I've been too... even the condiment are organized . The food was top notch and the atmosphere was inviting. You can tell the employees are content and that's shows in the food quality. Happy employees always make for a better experience. Definitely my new go to when I'm in the area.

I must say I haven't been to this location in years because of my job relocation but I was there today to try out their bo bites which was pretty good also I had green beans, biscuit and a sweet potato pie for courtesy of waiting on the bo bites everything was hot and fresh the way I like it thanks everyone for the great team work and enjoy ur up coming holiday
