We actually ate at Bold Monk twice in 1 day - brunch and dinner, and the service was night and day. In the morning we had to keep asking for water and coffee refills, and we paid by QR code when we couldn't get the attention of the wait staff. In the evening, we had multiple table touches, check-ins after drinks and food arrived, and this staff member was very friendly. The food for both meals was absolutely fabulous.

We had a great server and the food/beverages were wonderful. I love this spot for an elevated brewery experience!

First time visit with family. Was very good. Food and service were great. Very good selection of beer. Will visit again.

I enjoyed my dining experience. The crispy Brussels were more spicy than I remember. My friend that dined with me enjoyed the extra spicy taste. The kale chicken salad was great as usual! The dessert selection was very limited. The cinnamon rolls are only offered during brunch on the weekends. 10/11 Update. I went back on Saturday for the Cinnamon roll!! Delicious!!!😋

Came in a Saturday. The vibe was amazing the pours even better and the food to die for. Walked out saying this has to be my top brewery. If you like Belgiums, this place is a must. Came to Atlanta for the weekend and glad I found this place. Family friendly environment.

We went for the Oktoberfest brunch. It was very good and the XL Bloody Mary was fantastic. This was our second time there and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Atlanta.

What an impressive destination! Initially, the exterior appears to resemble an industrial park, but as you approach, an outdoor seating area and large wooden doors entice you to explore further. Upon entering, you're greeted by a beautifully decorated two-story space, featuring a stunning mural. The upstairs area boasts a library with a bar and comfortable seating. Outside, a picturesque bridge connects to an outdoor Biergarten nestled among the trees. In terms of culinary delights, I savored the Westside Flight, which showcased their pilsners and IPA's. The Genesis IPA was my standout favorite, and I was also intrigued by the Kombucha Mimosa. Sharron and I indulged in the Ghent skillet, featuring an array of ingredients, including Belgium eggs, Artisan knockwurst, Pesto Chicken, Red Onions, Cherry tomatoes, and Brie. Meanwhile, John and Jackson treated themselves to the Buttermilk Pancakes and Candied Bacon, which were nothing short of heavenly, paired with their homemade maple syrup. This visit exceeded expectations.

Love Bold Monk. This is definitely one of my favorite spots. This our time here for Oktoberfest and it’s been a lot of fun, although I do wish the live music had beg more authentic to match the rest of the vibe.

A few good things on the menu. Staff is atrocious in regards to being social or personable. Might as well just replace them with an A I kiosk for what they do.

My first visit today. Everything looks nice. I tried to order a flight of beer (4), but was told I cannot choose the beers I want!!! We have to choose one of two that THEY want!!! I've NEVER heard of such a stupid policy at a brewery before.

Unbelievable ...

On Labor Day wife and I decided to finally venture back within the confines of I-285 and hit up an Atlanta brewery we had not visited as yet, but heard a LOT of good things about regarding their devotion to Belgian style beers and ales. Traffic was really nice, as it usually is in Atlanta on holidays when someone hasn't done anything incredibly stupid and caused an accident, so it didn't take long to get there. Been a long time since we'd been in the Howell Mill Road area of the city and as we pulled into the brewery parking lot I noted it was across from the K&G Men's Warehouse, a place I use to get suits 30 or more years ago.

I will comment first off that the physical plant for this brewery is the most impressive of any of the 141 breweries we've been to. I suspect there are even nicer ones around the country, but I doubt there are in Georgia.

That said, it has to be noted that this is a restaurant with a full bar as well as a brewery, so we went to have lunch as well as sample their beer. Neither disappointed. My wife had the Monk Burger and I had the Fish sandwich. Both were excellent, as were the fries, or Belgian Frites as the establishment terms them, sticking with the Belgian continental theme. As good as the frites were, after tasting the coleslaw on the fish sandwich, I was thinking that would have been a nice side option as well.

So what about the beer? It ranged from very nice to really good. We went with having the two pre-defined flights that were on the menu that day, the West Side Flight and the Abbey Flight. The former is made up of two of their lagers and two of their IPAs; and the latter is made up of their Belgian ales, from a single to a quad, which works out nicely.

Service was good; timely and attentive but not overly so. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that I hope to repeat at some point.
