Our hostess was delightful and got us a nice quiet booth. Our server, my apologies for not remembering her name was on her game and took great care of us! As always our meals were delicious! My date had never been to your restaurant and your entire staff made her birthday very special and made me look good tooš Thank you, Steve
When we arrived the restaurant was approx 50% occupied. We ordered drinks which took over 30 minutes to arrive. Our salads actually arrived before the drinks. No explanation as to why so long. Food over cooked and tough.
So this is my first time visiting this Bonefish location and the first time going to this location for one of the 4-course dinners and overall the food was wonderful. I really enjoyed the Seabass and the cocktails. The themed Wicked cocktails were really amazing along with the little decorations associated with the movie. The only complaint I would have is that it took forever for us to be able to pay. This location has a very large dining area which can accommodate a lot of people but personally I enjoy more of an intimate setting such as one of the other Bonefish locations I've been to and went to a 4-course dinner there and it was a lot more quieter and intimate. I do think they might've had a limited staff and they did their best. But just the wait time to pay was a little frustrating, but overall, of course, Bonefish food never disappoints. ļæ¼
Our service was extremely slow. Our very friendly waiter said they were having a staffing shortage. it took an hour for the bread to arrive at the table and it took at least 30 minutes for us to place our order after we were seated at the table. We had a baby with us and were wanting to eat quick and leave to put the baby to bed. The food was delicious when it finally arrived.
Our server as attentive, the food came out in a timely manner, and the both entrees were the seasonal specials and very enjoyable.
A meal at Bonefish Grill is always delicious. My husband and I shared the crab cake appetizer and the butterfish entree with rice and sautƩed spinach. All was very good. Our three friends also greatly enjoyed their meals. We also had two bottles of wine which were reasonably priced. This particular restaurant is beautiful with ample parking. We really enjoyed our waiter, Ryan. He was excellent. He was friendly and attentive, answered all questions, and was just all around great. And I believe he's relatively new, having moved to the area not long ago. Be sure to hang on to him! He is a big plus for you! Thanks to all for a great experience.
Great dining experience! The pairing gives a great mix of food and drinks . The staff is so friendly.
I love the atmosphere at Bonefish and generally the service is excellent. It was just fair this trip. I had the lobster tails and they were over cooked.
Our server, Ziggy, was the best!! He anticipated our needs and was so very attentive!! Food was delicious and an adequate amount. If you haven't tried Bonefish, treat yourself!!
I tried this place for lunch, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a total waste of time. The restaurant itself is nicely designed, but the service and food quality did not meet expectations. The hostess seemed uninterested, and it took the server/bartender 15 minutes just to greet us. Our appetizers took another 25 minutes to arrive, and we had to constantly flag someone down just to get water. To make matters worse, servers were eating Chick-fil-A and using their phones at a table right in front of guests. All we heard were repeated apologies āI'm sorry about thisā and āI'm sorry about thatā but nothing ever improved during our visit and no manager (if there was one) even bother to stop by. Upper management clearly has serious work to do otherwise, I don't see this place lasting much longer

I used to consider Bonefish one of the more upscale restaurants but Iām sad to say I was HIGHLY disappointed. From the service to the actual food. We ordered the family special. I had to ask my waitress several times to bring small plates, ketchup, extra napkins, etc. We also ordered the chargrilled oysters. These were the worst oysters Iāve ever eaten. They tasted more like spoiled fish than anything else. The ābreadā that came with them was hard and stale. You can tell it had been sitting out for awhile. You could also tell the oysters had been thawed too soon and had been sitting out as well. They also couldnāt have been at the correct temperature because of the rancid smell and taste. Now on to the entree, the shrimp were undercooked, both the salmon and Mahi mahi were extremely overcooked. My salad was warm with wilted lettuce and the chowder was ice cold. When I brought these things to my waitressā attention, I was told āthere was nothing she could do about it.ā Then when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me one was unavailable for the next 15 minutes. At that time I had somewhere to be and could not wait. I wish I wouldnāt have been so upset and remembered to take pics and get her name. I wasnāt even provided a receipt, just handed the digital machine to pay. I donāt leave very many reviews but I am beyond disappointed in Bonefish and I hope this will lead to better quality food and better service $115.
I almost forgot, my son was coloring on the KIDS COLORING menu and the waitress took it right from under him. Thereās nothing she could do with it besides throw it away so Iām not sure why she was so adamant about taking it from him.

My wife and I had not been in our local Bonefish Grill since right after Covid. Before that it was one of our favorite places to enjoy their varied menu. All it took was a few times after Covid to see that they were struggling with consistency of food preparation and uneven service issues for us to stop going there. However, it appears those issues are now gone and their food and service are superb. Yesterday night we arrived and the place was quite busy but we were seatEd immediately in a nice booth. Our server, Nicole, was quick to get us started with drinks and some bang-bang shrimp. Since there was only one bartender the drinks came after the shrimp and before our entrees which were perfectly prepared and fresh off of the grill. Even though Nicole was also serving a table of about 8 our service did not suffer due to her diligence. Great food, great service our local Bonefish grill is back!

This was our first time attending a private dinner to preview a new menu and it was fabulous! Each course was perfectly paired with a signature cocktail that only elevated the dining experience. Service was superb!
We participated in a special event "bourbon cocktail pairing", which for a fixed price provided a different bourbon-based cocktail with each of the 4 courses. The salad (apple pecan spinach) and dessert (cheesecake) courses were better than the appetizer (good scallops on a too-gloppy risotto) and swordfish (tasty but dry; needed a better sauce). The drinks were variations on a martini, a manhattan, a margarita, and I forget the fourth. All were competent but didn't really bring out the bourbons. There were 80 people crowded into the banquet space, making it uncomfortably close quarters, and very noisy. Finally, a better system for collecting payment is needed for these events; we have too long a wait to settle our bill at the end of the evening.
