We went on Thanksgiving so it wasn't very crowded. Our server took too long to take our order and she didn't check on much during our time there. Aside from that the food and drinks were very good. I had the chicken enchiladas and a pina colada, which were both excellent. My boyfriend got a shrimp and salmon taco which he really enjoyed as well. The drink orders took too long as well, which we couldn't understand because there was barely anyone there. I will definitely come back and hope the service is a little better. Also beware, they automatically add 20% gratuity to your bill, which is very stupid for a small party. That's probably why the service wasn't great.

My Husband is a huge Colts fan. Unfortunately, since we live in Georgia it is VERY hard to find a restaurant that would be showing the Colts game. We had decided to come to Botica because he remembered that they show ALL of the football games. Since he had a friend visiting we decided to return to Botica. 1st the food is AMAZING but the service is TOP NOTCH! Annmarie was our server the 1st time & she was our server again. Thank you Botica for your hospitality and we are looking forward to returning.

We had a group of colleagues from a conference dine at Botica. From the minute we got there until we left the service was phenomenal! We first met the Manager personally who introduced us to our waiter Omar. Then the chef who is also the owner came and greeted us all! The food was amazing, the cocktails well crafted and the service was spectacular. It is harder and harder to find great service and food that is authentic!! Highly recommend Botica!!!

I usually don't have any problems here but we asked for one of our steaks to be cooked rare. The Manager chi chi was very condescending and sassy and brought out a RAW steak to be petty. I swish I had taken a picture but we were so shocked and sent it away immediately. The only reason what this post has any stars is because the meal that I ordered was good and our server was so lovely and kind. She was so embarrassed and remorseful when she had done nothing wrong (apparently things like that happen all the time).This place used to have a nice crowd and vibe but now it's pretty dead. I guess that what happens when you are nasty to your customers and staff.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for 4 years and have always enjoyed supporting this local business. I’ve never had any issues, have always been respectful, and often bring friends here. Unfortunately, my experience this past Friday was extremely disappointing and upsetting. While I was there with two friends, we asked our bartender, Amber, for the tab. She provided us with two separate tabs, and I politely asked if everything could be combined into one since my friend offered to take care of the bill. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. My girlfriend and I were quietly discussing the included tip when Amber suddenly became loud, gave me an attitude, and shockingly told me to “meet her in the parking lot.” This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was I embarrassed in front of other customers, but several people around us were equally shocked at her behavior. To make matters worse, the manager on duty never offered an apology or addressed the situation. Thankfully, another bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) showed kindness and professionalism, even offering a round of shots to try and make up for the incident. I truly appreciated his gesture. As a loyal customer of many years, I’m incredibly disappointed. No paying customer deserves to be spoken to that way, especially when showing support to a local business. Amber’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. I sincerely hope management takes this situation seriously, as this is not how customers should ever be treated.

The food is well seasoned, the staff is professional and friendly and our service was great. Went during brunch/lunch hours had chargrilled octopus it was a little tough in the,center but flavorful chimichuri saved it, chicken soup was hearty, empanadas full of filling, tacos priced via inflation, best refried beans I have ever had...I think they use black beans instead of pintos....THE BEST was the shot of their house made Tequila. IF you like a spicy magarita...go treat your self...the Tequila alone host all the flavors of the spicy cocktail...it starts sweet but finishes peppery and spicy...taste buds satisfied without all the added calories of mixers.

Brought my wife and kids here and left embarrassed I even suggested it. The staff treated us like we were in the way from the moment we walked in. Hostess wouldn’t even make eye contact, and our server acted like basic requests (like napkins and drink refills) were a personal insult. My son spilled his drink, and instead of helping, she actually muttered “seriously” and walked off.He is three!
To make matters worse, half the staff spent more time glued to their phones than paying attention to customers. I work hard to take my family out, and this place made us feel like a nuisance for spending money here. Rude miserable staff, miserable service, and zero respect for customers they never had before. Won’t be back and I’ll be telling friends and coworkers the same.
In addition, they have so many what appears to be friends/customers that of course the good reviews here are misleading.
