I recently visited Chai Pani at Ponce City Market, and it was such a great experience! I tried the Vada Pav, and wow — it was super nice and perfectly spicy, exactly the way I like it 🔥🌶️.

The staff here is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was quick and smooth, which made the experience even better.

And how can I not mention the vibe? Old-school 90s Bollywood songs playing in the background gave such a nostalgic and fun feel — total desi comfort vibes 🎶✨

If you’re visiting Atlanta, this place is a must-visit. Great food, great people, and an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Their Vada Pav is an absolute must-try. It’s super good and honestly tastes just like the Vada Pav I used to have in India. Authentic flavors, fresh, and so satisfying. Highly recommend stopping by! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been getting the lamb sliders from Botiwalla anytime I'm in the area - since 2019. Just went again yesterday, and it was the same great, flavorful stuff as usual. Cheers to consistency.

AMAZING! That’s how I would describe the food we had at this restaurant in Ponce City Market.

We ordered:
-Masala Smashed Potatoes – Delicious, soft inside with crisp skin, and seasoned perfectly.
-Paneer Tikka Roll – Great flavor, the paneer was soft, the vegetables were grilled well, the wrap was light, and everything came together beautifully.
-Chicken Tikka Roll – Flavorful, juicy chicken grilled to perfection.

The food is freshly grilled and made to order.
The ambience is great, and the service was quick.
Portions are filling, and the prices are very reasonable.

I have been coming here at least twice a month for the last 4-5 years. However I see the quality of service have gone down. E.g, cookies comes with chai but the cashier wrongly said we stopped giving. Without cookies charging $4 for chai is pricey. When I asked waiter, he gave me a complete answer and said it does come with it and got me cookies. Cookies was not important but cashier should have the right knowledge. Was bit disappointing for me from a place I visit often

I came in today specifically for the Impossible Botiwalla burger, only to find out it’s been replaced with a vada pav sandwich. That burger was the only thing I ever ordered here, and as a vegetarian it’s hard to find burgers in the city that are both vegetarian and flavorful. It was my favorite, so this change is really disappointing. I understand the decision may have made sense from a business standpoint, but vada pav is something I can find almost anywhere. That Botiwalla burger was special and can’t really be replaced. I most likely and unfortunately wont be back.
