Very bad service, I went at 9:05am and the girls didn't want to attend us and were very rude! You can see that they don't want to work

WALK 3 MINUTES TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE AQUARIUM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
It is almost comical how bad this cafe is. Selection is limited, however it's the staff that make this location the worst. They a) do not know how to work the tills/coffee machines and b) do not seem to care that they have no idea what they are doing. They are extremely rude and argumentative (why?!). At a location with such a high turnover of visitors and tourists, it makes no sense that they would have this type of attitude. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a pattern...
Again, save yourself the disappointment and walk around the aquarium where there are loads of options for food. Better yet, if you have a City Pass, go into the National Center for Civil & Human Rights and visit the cafeteria, which is a 30-second walk away.

Unable to fulfil the combo because 'their system didn't allow for salads' and then proceeded to have an attitude about it. Unable to provide coffees because their machine was out of order. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this place.

The lady who helped me at the counter should get customer service training. I didn’t get her name—but she’s black with long wavy hair and glasses and was wearing blue jeans today. Around 2 PM. She was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there—which I don’t want to be at my job either, but you gotta ham it up for customer service…that’s what you sign up for. She didn’t give me the cake slice I ordered and I had to ask another employee to get it for me. She seemed uninterested in talking to me. Maybe she had a bad day or she’s prejudiced. Who knows.

We were here on a Sunday. They stated that they open at 10am. However, they let multiple people in to get something. Then, we started realizing that maybe it was the employees of the nearby attractions that got in early to get something before work. We were ok with that. Then it became clear that they were allowing certain people in that weren’t employees around 9:45, just not us. These people didn’t have IDs or any work-related items with them. There needs to be signage or something making this clear to avoid confusion. Because they seem to love holding up 10 fingers to let you know you are not welcome until 10:00am from inside the store, while they obviously let friends in too, not just employees.

Could be way much better- out of a lot of things. Doesn’t take cash. The sandwiches tasted old like they have been sitting out. Just overall not a great experience and wouldn’t come back or recommend

Lol this is the worst coffee place I have EVER been to, and I am a barista who has been to many coffee places. I ordered an iced mocha latte and they charged me for an iced mocha And a latte which is not what I asked for but the man at the counter was so incompetent I didnt bother explaining. It was like it was the workers first day on earth. The mocha was at the bottom of the cup, not mixed in, and the milk was STEAMED. Steamed milk in an iced drink, it was actually foul. Both of the workers were rude and extremely incompetent. No idea how they even got this job. Also, the cookie was stale and cold, and they denied our request to warm it.

Make sure you check your totals and receipts when you come here. They charged me 12 dollars for a coffee that was 4 dollars on the menu then when I came back in after realizing they closed 30 minutes early and wouldn’t let me in. Very rude scammers here

I got a regular coke, diet coke, a sandwich, and a red velvet muffin which for the location all together was decently priced for me. The muffin was super good and sandwich wasn’t as salty as I thought it’d be. They’ve got an inside and outside seating area around the same size with comfortable chairs and a max of 4 people each table.
The cafe is across from the World of Coca Cola Museum so if you’ve not had enough food/drinks at the museum, you can pop into this cafe. Nice enviornment as well.

Wasn’t knowledgeable about coffee and couldn’t be bothered with questions about drink options… Seemed like these workers didn’t want to be there at all.
Skip it. Over priced as expected. But they don’t have a lot of things in stock and they get your order wrong but you don’t want to wait in the outrageous line to get it corrected

This place is a disgrace. I came here because it was 100 degrees outside and desperately needed a cold beverage. I ordered a Powerade from the fridge, only to find it was lukewarm. I politely asked for a cup of ice, but they refused, even though I was paying for a drink. It’s as if humanity doesn’t exist here. After making a purchase, I couldn’t even get a small ice cube. Shame on the management.
To make matters worse, I ordered fountain drinks for my family, only to have them placed on three separate receipts when we were paying together. The staff was incredibly incompetent and rude. It made my entire Atlanta experience miserable.
