I’m an avid poke bowl lover, and Bowl Labs has easily become my go-to spot in the Vinings area. I’ve been here about five times now, and it never disappoints! The ingredients are always super fresh, the quality is unmatched, and you can just feel how clean everything is. The staff is friendly, professional, and keeps everything organized behind the counter. I always leave knowing I had a fresh, high-quality meal.

However, I did notice something concerning. The inner pot of the rice cooker had multiple scratches inside. This is a potential health concern, as damaged cookware coating could release harmful substances into the food. I hope it gets replaced soon.

Really enjoyed my experience for lunch! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The teriyaki salmon bowl was phenomenal. It came with plenty of salmon, spicy crab salad, regular crab salad and tons of veggies - all for $15! I would definitely come back and loved the optionally here. A good option for vegetarians as well.

I hope I remember their names , yasmine and JR, they were awesome. She walked me through the whole menu and guided me through the order with ease. And I’m so glad I followed her suggestions, the bowl was amazing! I will definitely be back!
I was in the area for a 2 day training and wanted something healthy and fresh. I found bowl lab. I read reviews and overall this place looked like something I wanted to try. I was hoping there were cooked options and there were. I tried the teriyaki salmon bowl. Delicious. I wanted one of the spicy bowls but didn't need my belly to be on fire for the rest of the training. If you get the teriyaki bowl, be advised they put extra teriyaki sauce on top so day 1 my lettuce was drenched in the sauce. I didnt know. So I asked for light sauce the next day. There were complaints about the attitudes of the workers. I didnt really get that. Were they overly, chick fil a friendly? No. But they were fine. I have had some bad service at places. This was not one of them. Wish it wasnt so far from my house. Id bring the whole family.

I came to order my food on yesterday and the meat was OLD in my bowl. It didn’t look right, smelled spoiled, and I threw the entire bowl away! There also is an male employee who always wear hat who is always sneezing, coughing, and rubbing his nasty face on his shirt. He is always clearing his throat and be sneezing while preparing the food which is VERY UNSANITARY! That is a health hazardous with him spreading his germs while preparing customers food. It is disgusting and I will never come to this location again.

Used to LOVE this place but had a bad experience with the overall attitude of the staff today. Also seems like the food isn’t as good as it used to be (dry rice, salmon wasn’t fresh, etc). They are probably correlated. Hope the trend doesn’t continue.
