Used to LOVE this place but had a bad experience with the overall attitude of the staff today. Also seems like the food isn’t as good as it used to be (dry rice, salmon wasn’t fresh, etc). They are probably correlated. Hope the trend doesn’t continue.

Just came in for a bowl and all the different options they have are just hands down amazing. I got the galbi bowl and my wife got the socal, both were 10/10. Definitely recommend and also very friendly.

The owner needs to learn what providing courteous customer service is! If you work here & I come in for an order as the owner You can hand the order to me! It shouldn't matter if Im a customer or picking up an order hand me my order! Please take this unwanted poor customer service back to your own community because we will Not tolerate it here.

I’ve been going to bowl lab since they opened in 2017. The food has always been consistent. I stopped by today, my last time there was a year ago, and it’s just like I remembered. Fresh, flavorful, light but still very filling. My favorite is the Hotlanta with half greens and half brown rice

The dude at the counter was extremely rude. I don't recommend this place. I think his name was Ethan. The food is not fresh. It looks like it's been sitting for days. I haven't been here in 3 months. I tried today. Food HORRIBLE

This was our first time at Bowl Lab and getting a poke bowl… we truly enjoyed!!! The owner (i believe) was super kind, helpful and accommodating. Our meals averaged about $13.50 a piece and they were worth EVERY PENNY!

Terrible customer service. One of the workers took liberty and put extra and unwanted sauce on my bowl then became hostile and rude after I asked for the bowl to be remade. I won't return.
