Rude staff. I've never had coffee from Brash, but I attempted to walk into the Westside Provisions District location at 5:30pm on 10/18 and the guy working let out a huge sigh. They didn't even speak.. I looked at the menu and left. Mind you I try not to patronize food service establishments near closing time (6pm) because my daughter works in food service and I understand the prep that is involved with closing. I was not going to order because I'm caffeine sensitive and I don't drink coffee in the evenings. I wanted to see the menu..but to be bold enough to look a customer in the face as they are entering and sigh is enough to guarantee that I will never have a cup of Brash coffee..I understand people are human and they may have experienced a long day but if you can't put on at least a cordial face for a customer, you shouldn't be working with the public.

Had ordered a matcha which tasted genuinely like milk. Was really excited to try this place after seeing it for the first time near the belt line, but employees were very rude- like who says hello 15 seconds after the customer comes in when they weren't serving any customers and was right at the counter on their phone. Maybe the coffee is good but really was disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Brash is the best! Great service and always friendly staff - sure the location is tight inside, but it is a shipping container!
Lots of outdoor seating

I’m a regular here at Brash for many years with the Atlanta History center in rotation. Been a west midtown girl since 2012 and witnessed Brash’s upbringing to west midtown. My visit this morning at Brash Coffee was totally uncomfortable. I’m always there for a great experience, given their reputation for quality matcha and amazing coffee. Unfortunately, my interaction with the barista left much to be desired. I’ve bit my tongue for too long but let’s talk about how rude and nasty Julia is. This isn’t the first occurrence. This is not the first time I’ve ordered my matcha and requested it to be freshly whisked. It really changes the way it tastes and how traditional matcha is to be prepared. (been drinking Matcha wayyy before it became trendy.) She seems to be the only one who rolls her eyes and makes it seem like you’re an inconvenience, makes you feel not valued as a regular paying customer.

Especially when it came to handling simple drink request, it wasn’t even busy this morning the time I came in. I asked for a simple preparation for my matcha. The barista Julia seemed visibly annoyed by the request, rolling her eyes and giving the death glare.

With current state of the economy, recession, recent pricing changes(brash is and always has been more on the expensive side) with a lot of coffee shops nearby now. I still choose to spend my hard working money here and will continue to tip my baristas on every single order.

For a place that prides itself on specialty coffee, the lack of care and professionalism in handling a basic order is disappointing. If I wanted Dunkin’s I would’ve went there for that service lol. Instead I choose to support my local small businesses. Hope you guys don’t get side eye bad negative additude Julia! (She’s dark haired, Asian gal) She will make you feel uncomfortable, leave you with a bad experience and make you feel like a inconvenience to her. For that reason I leave Julia a 2 star for poor service.

I also want to add a quick shoutout to these AMAZING baristas here at Brash who’ve I’ve had many great interactions with and continues to make my morning into day so much more pleasant… Abi, Sun, Encar, Taylor, Sami, Madi, Destinee, Cydnee, Hannah, Rebecca, Joe, Omar and all the wonderful baristas at the Atlanta History center, you are all a damn vibe. Thank you <3

I'm very cute coffee shop in a shipping container. Got a small iced mocha for $6.36. Friendly staff, cute decor. Coffee was alright but the place is very cute.

It’s alright. When I was there, they weren’t making cold brew, just pouring hot coffee over ice, which makes for a watery, acidic taste.

Nice coffee place. Espresso was a little too bitter, however still it was pretty good. Served in plastic cups only which doesn't help the atmosphere.

Best latte I've had in a very long time. Simple but creative options. Lavendar Vanilla Latte. Baristas were friendly and helped me decide what to get.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cup of coffee from Brash. I also ordered a warmed sesame twist with Gruyère cheese which was very good. The barista was friendly and helpful.

Parking was easy to find, but I made sure i didn’t stay more than 10 minutes.
