I was excited to try the coffee shop at The Works, but my experience was unfortunately underwhelming. The barista seemed distracted and not particularly engaged while taking my order. I felt a bit rushed and my questions were not answered thoroughly. The person appeared eager to return to their conversation with a friend and not assist me. The coffee itself was average. Great service can sometimes turn a basic cup of coffee into a good one.

I think my cappuccino was delivered from the angles in heaven this morning. The craft, care and excellence of this cappuccino was unmatched. And it had a beautiful seahorse on it …. +50 bonus points. I can’t recommend this coffee more. This business is a success due to care, diligence, and brilliance of their baristas. If sun is working, run. Do not walk. Run to brash. Sun is the shining sunshine of this establishment. This coffee is divine—solely dude to the divine intervention of Sun, America’s greatest man. Put him on a poster, put him on a billboard, sun for president 2024.

The owners must either be Arrogant rich without a concern for their customers needs or pathetically ignorant about coffee drinkers. How can I become a repeat customer when your coffee shop does not offer the minimum requirement? A medium coffee and a choice the country's most popular sweeteners. It leaves me confounded with how it's possible a coffee shop could fail at the most basic requirements for a coffee shop. The only reasonable answer is rich arrogant people own this place and they built it without even considering their customers or a desire to make a profit.

Delicious tea drinks, kind baristas, several reserved parking spots for customers (!), and a great quiet place to work or read a book 🙌
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair lift right outside the shop, as well as ramps nearby

I come here for the pastries and croissants which are delish. I do wish they had spreads available (other than cream cheese) to go on the croissants.
Great cortado from Salvador. Recommended.

My favorite place to visit when I'm in town and get some work done. Their staff is always so friendly, latte art is beautiful and their food/drinks are always delicious! I realize now that it's a chain, but when you're in there, it doesn't feel like it. It feels so much like a little hometown, small business. I love it! My only 'complaint' is they always had these beautiful blue cups, that just made my coffee 10x more aesthetic for instagram... and the last couple times I went there, they only were giving out white cups. Not end of the world by any means cause they are delicious and that's what matters. I always get the staple vanilla latte with almond milk. I did try one of their seasonal syrups - lavender something and it was amazing too!
Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy alternates for drinks!

Just had a humiliating experience trying to get here, as the place isn’t currently accessible to people in wheelchairs or with strollers before The Works is open for the day. I’ve enjoyed other locations, but having to circle the entire building in the heat to find a ramp and then having a security guard say he can “try to lift” my double stroller up the stairs was enough for me. I just left. Hopefully they build a ramp or fix the wheelchair lift soon, cause I’m pretty sure not being ADA accessible is frowned upon.
Didn't get any coffee since I'm not a coffee drinker but great working space! I wished they had more tea options for the non coffee drinkers.
I loved their coffee and the atmosphere!! I will be coming back a lot ?
