As a pizza lover (I make my own pizza at home), I can say this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the US (I’ve been to pizzerias like Ribalta and Razza in NYC). As a Brazilian, I’d say the ingredients are excellent. I love Neapolitan style and, of course, Brazilian flavors. Brasiliana kind of combines both, the dough reminds me of Neapolitan (long-fermented and very light, easy to digest), and the toppings are amazing.
