One of the best French toasts I’ve tried in my life!.French Toast is one of those thing that almost all breakfast places offer but only a handful of them actually manage to do good, and here at Barney’s they absolutely killed it. Soft, sugary and perfectly sweetness, just yummy all throughout ?

Went here for brunch with my family. Black owned restaurant have the absolute WORST service. The food was a 10 out of 10 while to service is a -10. Automatic gratuity makes servers lazy. Hopefully I won’t have the same server again next time I come. On a brighter note, the host staff were very friendly and the food was awesome.

My husband and I came to Atlanta for our first wedding anniversary, we decided to check this place out for breakfast… lovely place, well decorated. The only thing was the service…. we put our names in and had to wait for 45 minutes and then when we were finally seated we ended up sitting at our table 15 minutes with no service until we said something and then it took an additional hour to get our food… food isn’t customizable so it’s strange to me that the food took so long to come out. Regardless, the food was pretty good, but not worth the price or the poor service. I still tipped 20% because i didn’t feel it was entirely my servers fault that the service was so poor. I honestly would not come back here or recommend this place…

I was very impressed by how quickly I was seated and the ambiance was really good. I had the chicken and waffles and just FYI, when I asked the waiter to remove a couple toppings from my waffle, they mentioned they donot customize orders and you either have all the toppings or none at all. The food was not bad at all but was not amazing either. Maybe if I was able to get rid of a couple toppings I would have enjoyed it better.

The food was great as well as the ambiance and atmosphere. The service was phenomenal, as I was on crutches and they made sure that I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Food overall was very good. Was disappointed that the our first server DJ at the bar said that the bloody marys do not come with any garnish or olives but our excellent 2nd server Kiki served us with a smile and the standard olives garnish!
I had an amazing time at BAB! The food was great, good ambience, friendly wait staff and DRE was an amazing waiter! He was friendly, ensured we were comfortable and made good recommendations. Above all, he was KIND!!! Great experience for an out of town guest! Highly recommended, and ask to sit in Dre’s section!

I love the atmosphere here. For quick weekend in Georgia me & friends visited this location. The service was nice & food prepared well.

This was my ²nd visit and I was extremely disappointed. 1. The wait list, you're told you have an hour wait and then when your 10 min away they ping you to get back and they only gives you 5 min to get back from wherever your waiting, in my case the parking lot (10 min away) because there were no other places to sit. 2. I specifically said I could not sit in bar seats, it cuts off the circulation in my leg,...guess where I was seated..high top table with bar seats, I ended up standing my whole meal. 3. The meal...was...meh...I had a side order of eggs that came out with my BFs meal...my dry waffles ( I asked for and never received extra syrup) and wings came out about 15 min, 4. Our waitress, Kireata (not sure of spelling) came to our table about 10min after we were seated (it wasn't that busy) took our order, came back 15 min later with our coffee, juice and water. 35 min later after we got our meal, she saw me standing asked if I was ok, needed more coffee and walked away...we didn't see her at our table again until she saw that the busboy(girl) got me a to go box for the sub par wings. She promptly showed up with the bill. Overall, not going back to this psuedo bougie, overpriced resturant again. So much for my birthday brunch.

I have been waiting so long to try this place and my girlfriends and I finally went and it definitely lived up to the hype!! The outside floral display is so cute!! You can definitely expect a wait so come as early as possible to put your name down on the list and have your whole party together and ready. Inside, they'll put your name on a Yelp waitlist and text you when your table is ready. Once our table was ready, we were let in by the doorman and the whole inside experience is so luxurious!! We loved the decor and vibes and our server was super sweet with taking care of us. We got a few mimosas to start (I actually had a peach bellini which was so yummy and packed a punch). Our table got the soul rolls to start since Yelp loves them, and they were a GREAT starter. They were like Thanksgiving in a bite and just a great mix of flavors. I ordered the Yard Bird which was 3 fried chicken wings + pecan sage waffles with berries & bourbon syrup on top. WOW. This might have been some of the best fried chicken I've had and I was licking those bones CLEAN. The pecan sage waffles too were such an interesting flavor. I'd never had a savory waffle like this and it was actually such a great complement to the syrup and not overly sweet which I really loved. The berries were fresh as well and the whole experience just felt really elevated. Overall, this was such a cute brunch spot and I can't wait to return!!
