Grilled halibut was very dry. Usually not so. Slow service. Waiter constantly trying to upsell. Nevertheless, we will be back.
We were glad the patio was open because the lighting was bright and offered little ambiance inside. We ordered the special which was the halibut and it was overcooked lacking flavor. Not our best experience at Brooklyn Cafe.
I had the Asian Chicken salad - it was so good! We were there for a concert at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center - only 1 block away.
Restaurant was very crowded - obviously overbooked. Had to wait for my reserved seating. No place to park. Service was excellent.
Apparently, there was a high school reunion going on in the private dining room and therefore there were extreme waiting to get our table, even though we had a reservation. It seems our server was serving the reunion and therefore we waited over a half hour to even receive a menu after we requested one a second time. Parking was also a terrible issue. The food is always was wonderful.
Felt like the waiter was rushed and not overly friendly. Plus the salmon was dry with no flavor. I hadn't been there is many years and was disappointed by this visit.
Consistently provides great food and service. Pleasant environment especially on the patio.
Food was good. Problem is nothing to do with restaurant but parking was a major problem. No spaces in the car park outside.
We had a new server, Jae, who was absolutely fabulous! She was new, to us, and made our dinner wonderful!! Jae made the difference between any dinner and a memorable meal… can’t wait to go back, as we’re regulars. 🥰🤗

Brooklyn Café is my “go to” business lunch restaurant. For lunch I ordered a crabcake and substituted tomatoes instead what I received was a crab cake with one slice of tomato on a plate. It was very unappetizing. Just a green garnish would have made it better. I am surprised the plate was served as such.

We were seated as soon as we arrived. We were seated outside as requested. The service was good. The food was good, not great. I ordered fish tacos and my sister had the crab cake entree.
It was our first time attending Brooklyn Cafe. Even though, we did not have a reservation, we were still seated. The place was crowded and our waiter was very friendly. The food was good and my first time ordering Jack’s Creole Chicken and Sausage with Basmati rice. My husband ordered the Brooklyn Famous Reuben sandwich. Plus, we got the Georgia’s Best Fried Tomatoes. We would definitely go back if we are ever in the area.

Courtland did an excellent job of providing excellent service of wonderful food. Our favorites are the crab cakes, fish tacos, tenderloin salad and the yummy key lime pie.
Brooklyn Cafe is always a great meal! This is a fabulous place to connect with others and enjoy good food. Crab cakes are the best!
