Jackie was amazing! She helped us choose the best options to try for our first visit. It most certainly won’t be our last. I personally tried the Honey Mustard Chopped Chicken Bowl and it was so good, everything tasted fresh. I also had a side of the Truffle-Parm Tots. They were made to order and delicious. The tables were clean and the bathrooms were spotless. Thanks, Jackie for the great customer service. See you next time!

This was our first time eating here and everything was AMAZING!! From the presentation to the vibe and the food was A1. It can be a little bit pricey but I promise it is worth every cent. I built a half protein half veggie bowl with chicken and golden ginger lime sauce…🤩🤩🤩. So good and all sauces are made in house! Jackie was excellent and welcoming to my wife and I being first timers, she also said we’d be back…she if def right 😅.

I gave five stars because I usually have a good experience. However, I gave a 3-star rating for service because of a confident cook who doesn’t provide good customer service. For example, on September 6, 2025, I entered the restaurant and ordered the shrimp meal. I informed the cashier that I did not want the tails on the end of the shrimp. The cook heard my request as she made eye contact with me. Several minutes later, after receiving my food, I discovered tails on the shrimp.

Wow, the food was absolutely incredible—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and with generous portion sizes! But the real icing on the cake was Rashad. His customer service was outstanding—attentive, genuine, and truly caring about our experience. I wish every restaurant had someone like Rashad, because people like him make dining not just enjoyable, but memorable.

Someone give Rashad a raise!! He deserves it!! You don’t want to loose someone who makes customer want to keep coming back!

My mom and I had such a great experience at Brown Bag Seafood Co thanks to Deshawn P! Out of all the workers, he was the only one who greeted us when we walked in, and that first impression meant so much. He was welcoming, polite, and made us feel right at home.

Deshawn was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything clearly so we could make the best choice. He was patient, respectful, and showed excellent customer service the entire time.

It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like Deshawn did. Brown Bag Seafood Co is lucky to have him—he made our visit truly enjoyable!

The best deal they have right now is there “sunset bowl” which is deeply discounted from 3pm-6pm! Great portions and the parm tater tots are so yummy

First time visiting this cozy little seafood place. Ordering is a neat little dry erase system and today I tried the Salmon Veggiebox. Overall I have to say the food was fantastic. Will absolutely return next time I'm on this side of Atlanta.
