Consistently great treats and staff. Some flavors rotate monthly and it keeps the menu interesting.

Probably the worse ice cream that I share with my wife, after 30 minutes waiting and see how others enjoy with the family, the employees know my waiting until the young lady feel the mercy and decided to serve my orderā¦. I understand how busy you guys are and the time⦠nothing brings me back the time. By the way thanks coupons⦠I donāt really think makes any difference. Time I ice cream serve and enjoy my ice cream 17:15.

So good we've already been twice in the past month! Highly recommend the Black Raspberry and the Mint Chocolate Chip ice creams with brownie bites! So so good
I hope that the new management is taking note of the reviews about the cones being hollow and has a āhow to properly put ice cream in a cone trainingā scheduledā¦ā¦I used to love this location due to them having such a large variety of non dairy flavors but itās really not worth it at this point. I got my last hollow cone tonight!

I usually donāt leave reviews, but I felt like this experience needed to be shared.
Last night, I placed an online order and requested M&M's on top of my Blast. Instead, I received a Blast that was made entirely with M&M's, which wasnāt what I asked for. Itās frustrating to receive something you didnāt order, especially when you were clear with your request.
But what made it worse was the attitude I received from the girl who handed me my order. She was a Latina woman with short hair and medium height. As she gave me my food, she looked annoyed and said, āI have to make your order. Why from all the places would you order from here?āāas if doing her job was somehow a burden. This was completely unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as if doing her job was somehow a burden. This isnāt the first time Iāve dealt with her, either. On a previous visit with my family, she rolled her eyes at us and acted like we were an inconvenience.
That kind of attitude is unacceptable. Iām a paying customer, and I shouldn't be made to feel like a problem just for placing an order. Customer service is about treating people with respect, not making them feel judged or unwelcome. If she doesnāt want to work with the public, maybe she shouldnāt be in a customer-facing role.
I hope management takes this seriously, because no one should be treated that way.

This is definitely one of the best brusters ive been to! The staff is super friendly and the ice cream is great and they arent stingy with the scoops. I actually dont have a picture but they gave me a great beautiful scoop but then my ice cream fell but its okayā¤ļø

Bruster's is one of the best ice cream spots in Atlanta. The Toco Hills location is a popular choice for guests. There's always a steady crowd at the window, and the line moves quickly. They have some outdoor seating for you to enjoy. The flavors do rotate to mix it up, and also include some core classics. My favorite is the raspberry chocolate truffle, and if you're getting ice cream consider going for a waffle cone. If you need help, they give out free samples (and are very patient with this). Something I think people forget is they also have a menu if you want to cater something like an ice cream (find this works well around the holidays when family is in town). Overall, very reliable experience, good pricing, and a strong value. Easily a 5-star recommendation!
Itās no way these people arenāt racist. I was just at this location, picking up an order that had been ready for a long time. I waited at the pick up window while every one inside the store which has to be at least eight employees just looked at me and kept walking talking smiling and scrolling on their phones While they served every single other customer that came to the window. Mind you, Iām the only black person inside or outside of the store so I donāt know what type of program theyāre running, but it was very distasteful and made me feel some type of way. Now If I was to act on how I felt then I would be wrong so letās have simple common courtesy and better yet do your job and have customer service. This is not 1951 stop playing with people..
