This is purely based on the fact that I pulled up around 10:30 and they said they were no longer doing blasts. I understand cleaning and getting a head start on packing up, but not offering a menu item when you close at 11 just doesn’t make sense and it’s not the first time this has happened at this location. Mind you it was stated to me that they were only doing “cones and cups” meaning any other menu item outside of that was also not available.

I got a scoop of vanilla and it had very little flavor and tasted like only milk honestly. Maybe the other flavors are better but vanilla is definitely pretty horrific

This review is for service only. We were refused service. We arrived at 1017pm. When we were walking up to the counter we heard someone inside say “oh crap here come more people” They refused to serve us even thought the sign says they close at 1030pm. Terrible customer service.

My mom and I visited this ice cream shop while we were in Georgia last week. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to my picky mom as she added in a ton of toppings to her butter pecan sundae. I had a scotch pecan sundae and it was delicious. Who knew we had a Brusters location here in Ohio????!

Delectable, tasty, and creamy are all words I would use to describe this heaven on earth. A nice young lad named Thomas helped me choose my flavor, it's nice to see they are employing mentally challenged teens.
Bruster’s is a fantastic spot for real ice cream! He hadn’t been in awhile and I don’t know why. We were recently reminded of this spot and it’s now our new go-to spot! Love this place and certainly excited for my partner or have vegan options!

I had just finished going to the movies and wanted a milkshake before going home. This place stays open later than most and they have a ton of ice cream flavors. They also have a nice selection of vegan flavors.
I ordered the large milk shake and it did not take long. You will be standing in the rain because they do not have cover. Plenty of sitting area if you want to enjoy the treat there.

Amazing ice cream shop! I love how they have so many flavors and how they let us taste flavors. Everything is reasonably priced, and they have outdoor seating. They also have weekday specials that vary. I also love how they have a rewards app! I got a coupon for $3 off for just making the account, and they also had a birthday reward for $3 off. I got the brownie sundae which was so delicious.
I got a blast recently with two mix ins: brownie bites and m&ms, hoping it would be like a Dairy Queen blizzard. However, it wasn’t mixed in at all and just felt like melted ice cream with toppings thrown on top.
