The male worker today told me that the paper glued to my cone was normal and that other people eat the paper and don’t complain about it being stick to it bc they are all like that. He took the one from my hand, threw it away and handed me an empty cone. The prices are heavily inflated for what you get too. The atmosphere is always pleasant as far as the patrons go and there is a nice area to picnic/hang out

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bruister's, and I must say, Maggie's service as an ice cream server truly exceeded my expectations. From her warm greeting to her expert knowledge of the menu, Maggie made my ice cream experience unforgettable.Upon entering Bruister's, Maggie greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered helpful recommendations based on her extensive knowledge of the ice cream flavors and toppings available. What truly impressed me about Maggie was her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did she skillfully scoop the perfect amount of ice cream onto my cone, but she also artfully drizzled on my chosen toppings, creating a visually appealing and delicious treat.Throughout my visit, Maggie remained attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed to enjoy my ice cream to the fullest. Her enthusiasm for her job was evident in her interactions with both myself and other customers, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere within the store. In addition to her exceptional service skills, Maggie's passion for ice cream shone through in her genuine excitement when discussing the various flavors and combinations available. Her enthusiasm was contagious, making me eager to try new flavors and toppings that I may not have considered otherwise.Overall, my experience with Maggie at Bruister's was nothing short of outstanding. Her professionalism, friendliness, and passion for ice cream set the standard for exceptional service in the industry. I highly recommend visiting Bruister's and allowing Maggie to create the ultimate ice cream experience for you.

The milkshakes are hit or miss. Last time I went it was super watery they included a spoon but it wasn’t needed. They didn’t even put whipped cream or a cherry on top.

One of the best milkshakes I've ever had! If you're ever wondering about size, just know that the large is LARGE! I think the medium size is more than enough for everyone. I personally like the cheesecake milkshake but I hear the ice cream is just as great!Parking: Plenty of parking spots available. No inside seatingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see a ramp around

My friends and I First time to Bruster, Coming from my company halloween party with our Kids and we wanted to try this ice cream place , Googled this place near and we came to this location on LaVista Rd , Worst decision we made .the young man had really red hair skinny face was very rude, no greeting rolling his eyes just not wanting to deal with us which we are a very diverse group Black, hispanics and Indian he treated us all the same just rude , I personally walked away from the window and waited for the next young man to come and help me because I simply didn't understand the attitude that was given and did not want him waiting on me , if i am going to visit a place an get attitude with it i'd rather go elsewhere, I ordered my ice cream with the next young man much nicer and I'm guessing the man that gave me my order was the manager Im not 100% sure but he was nice. As we sat to enjoy our Ice cream and chat we also observed (red head) interacting with other customers of the same skin tone as me he was giving the same face unpleasant not inviting at all, once some caucasian couples walked up his entire face and body language changed he smiled with them and talked with them etc, so now I'm thinking maybe this young man just don't like us ( Black&brown people) which is unacceptable, if he cant treat every guest with respect and kindness he shouldnt be working in a guest facing business. myself an my friend Coming from a company that's big on hospitality where guest are #1. My friends and I did not receive that coming here and we will not be back, if this is the kind of behavior you allow we will go some where else no problem. My ice cream was delicious, but the service made the experience horrible.

We love Bruster’s and go often but it seems lately the service as well as the portions have went down. We went last week and just thought it was an off day but it seems to be consistent with the employees not acknowledging and not really caring about customer service. BOTH times that we went we stood there and watched 6 employees talk and not pay attention to the customers standing in line and after seeing the frustration they acknowledged. Also, I am not sure what happened with the portion sizes but the picture attached is the portion that I received as well as others in line. Pretty upsetting to say the least!

The ice cream is good. There is a lovely area with lots of tables covered by shade trees. However, my husband is in a wheelchair and none of the tables have an accessible path to a table. We have to sit on a bench in the sun with no table or air in the care.Brusters, you can do better.

I understand that this is an institution in Atlanta, so I had to check it out! I love how old-school the counter is and how much space there is to sit outside. They offer a big variety of flavors, both dairy and vegan. I got the cheesecake and pistachio and the portions were generous! It was pretty great ice cream, really rich and creamy. I do wish it had some more chewiness to it, like maybe pieces of pistachio in it, but that's just my preference. You gotta stop by for some dessert when you're in the area!

My roommate forces me to take him here every fortnight. It's very good though so I don't say anything

I had a fantastic time at Bruster's Ice Cream! The spacious outdoor seating area was impressive, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The owner's warm welcome and genuine concern for ensuring a positive experience truly stood out. He showed my son how they make their ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible range of vegan and gluten-free options available, making it a paradise for those with dietary restrictions. The variety of delectable choices at reasonable prices made my decision-making process a delight. Overall, Bruster's is a great spot for ice cream enthusiasts looking for a diverse selection and a welcoming atmosphere.
