I enjoyed my banana spilt. The server took pain to ensure that it was eye appealing. The server painstakingly designs your dessert with love. It was eye appealing and tasted delicious. I always enjoy my welcoming visits at Bruster's. I always leave with excitement awaiting my opportunity to dive into my delicious treat.

The young people at this location are very pleasant. I always enjoy my experience when I shop at this location. And their strawberry cheesecake is better than other locations I have visited.

Took my niece and nephew out for ice cream here on a sunny Sunday. This is walk up only. No seat down. No bench’s. I’m located with shopping plaza. Great options for different flavors of ice and cones and sundae’s.

Customer Service — Rude, Unprofessional, and Dismissive

I placed an online order from Bruster’s (Cascade Rd location) a full week in advance for pickup today at 12:00 PM, as shown on my receipt (Order #: 954950). I was supposed to receive a text when the order was ready—I never received any notification.

After waiting hours, I called the store multiple times. When someone finally answered, a woman picked up and was extremely rude from the start. She raised her voice, questioning why I would place an order a week in advance and told me never to do that again. I explained that my birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to be prepared, but she didn’t care.

When I asked for a refund, she shouted, “I can’t refund nothing—I don’t have the receipt!” despite the fact that I had the receipt and order confirmation right in front of me. She then demanded that I call corporate and abruptly hung up on me.

This was an unacceptable experience. I felt disrespected, dismissed, and yelled at simply for trying to pick up my prepaid order. I will be contacting Bruster’s corporate office to formally report this incident. This location needs to be retrained on basic professionalism and customer respect.

I visit this location frequently and it’s always a hit or miss. Today I did a DoorDash order for a waffle bowl with 3 scoops, there was barely any ice cream in the bowl. I called to complain and she said the ice cream was hard so that’s all she could get in the scoop. Unbelievable.

The Ice Cream was so good it kind of made up for all the other shortcomings of this place. There is very limited outdoor seating of 6 seats. No indoor. The service was very slow. But I would still recommend because the ice cream is just that good.

this location cant do anything right. I stopped coming here bc theyre unreliable and hardly have my flavor. I revisit them 9 months later and got a cup with a damaged lid. Ice cream spilling everywhere

Ordered via doordash app and was told that my order was picked up by someone else. They took no responsibility for giving my order to the wrong person. They did not offer to make it right. I had to contact Doordash to get a refund. Complete disgrace.

Not sure what's happening but the butter pecan I ordered via Uber Eats was another brand. The flavor was totally off and this was the first time this has happened. Maybe they received the wrong flavor and passed it off as butter pecan. Hope they get it right.
