The Ice Cream was so good it kind of made up for all the other shortcomings of this place. There is very limited outdoor seating of 6 seats. No indoor. The service was very slow. But I would still recommend because the ice cream is just that good.

this location cant do anything right. I stopped coming here bc theyre unreliable and hardly have my flavor. I revisit them 9 months later and got a cup with a damaged lid. Ice cream spilling everywhere

Ordered via doordash app and was told that my order was picked up by someone else. They took no responsibility for giving my order to the wrong person. They did not offer to make it right. I had to contact Doordash to get a refund. Complete disgrace.

Not sure what's happening but the butter pecan I ordered via Uber Eats was another brand. The flavor was totally off and this was the first time this has happened. Maybe they received the wrong flavor and passed it off as butter pecan. Hope they get it right.

Completely disappointed to arrive to bruster’s on a summer evening at 8:30 pm and be told that they were closed. Please update the hours of operation to accurately reflect the hours you are open.

Had a coffee ice cream on cup with recess cups topping. Ice doesn’t taste like coffee at all and the recess is old eewww yuck. Dumped out the toppings to eat just the ice cream but that old candy taste as still there

I always get the non dairy strawberry banana ice cream in a waffle cone. It is so good! Good quality always from Bruster's. The young ladies there are always nice and quick!

Could be great, but never have many flavors and the customer service is horrible. They have all these silly little girls, that play too much and don’t have any concept of customer service. The last thing I purchased was a strawberry shortcake and it was horrible. I want to be able to see what they’re doing bc it wasn’t right. The NY cheesecake tasted like vanilla and the butter pecan did as well. I remember 1 pecan. I can’t with this place. Why is everything always subpar in our area? Why when I go out to other neighborhoods do I get a completely different experience? Do better black people!

They are entirely too slow to just be serving ice cream. The girls move with no sense of urgency. We were literally in line for 30 minutes with 4 people in front of us. The young ladies just barely moved. I understand that moving faster doesn’t speed up their shift, but it might make time go faster if they cared.

Ordered 2 banana splits. BOTH were WRONG!! We were very disappointed. ??????
