I'm a frequent lunch-goer to BT Burger. I usually go at least once every other week, making it part of my usual work lunchtime rotation. I've never had an issue with BT Burger. I've been eating here since I was attending university at GSU - right across the way!
However, today was exceptional and not in a good way. I came in, ordered at the kiosk like I usually do when it's free. I ordered a Cheeseburger with BT Fries and a Lemonade, coming in at $15.25. I placed my order some time after 12:00 PM, as I usually take an hour lunch from work.
I then proceeded to wait an hour and received no food. To be specific, I informed front of the house staff that I had been waiting for around 20-30 minutes around the 12:30 PM mark. A manager, I believe, was attentive and did offer me a conciliatory free meal via a handwritten note on the back of my refund, which I was given without asking and appreciated.
I also saw that my ticket was repunched and I assumed that my order was restarted. I was wrong. By 1:00 PM, almost an hour later and my lunchtime break over, I still did not receive any food. When I asked the staff up front for an update prior to me leaving, they were confused and didn't know where I ordered or what I ordered. I decided to leave and return to my office. I figured I'd eat something else later when time permitted.
I write this review not because I'm angry. Stuff happens. An order got lost because a kiosk didn't communicate with the kitchen. That's not terribly surprising. What is surprising is the lack of attention. I waited an hour after paying and I received nothing. I was refunded so, at minimum, there's that. I'm disappointed most of all because I KNOW BT Burger is a great place. They've never missed the mark except today.
I sincerely hope this is addressed in the future and does not become a trend. I know BT Burger can do better. 🍔

Usually they’re good. The service isn’t fast but it’s understandable because they cook to order and not like fast food. Today I went and ordered the BT burger double patty. I waited 20 minutes until I realized they’re calling order 80 and I was order 78. When I asked for my order, they told me they accidentally gave it to someone else. She said I gotta wait for the kitchen to make another one. I was in a rush but I didn’t wanna be rude so I waited another 15 minutes to receive the burger. When I went to my car, I find that they only gave me single patty and no egg that comes in the BT Burger. I had to drive back and ask for a refund. Very disappointed at the quality of the service. Please do better.

I usually love this place, but the food from my last experience was horrible. The fries were cold, hard, and taste like they had been sitting for awhile.

Their burgers, spicy bbq chicken sandwich and wings are really good. I love the extra toppings you can add, like pickled Jalapenos or sauteed mushrooms. I do wish the fries were better. They are fine, but nothing to remember. My to go order was carefully packaged, which I appreciate.

Unfortunately, I have to give this location a one star. JC at the front desk is amazing! However, the Asian owner, Don made it clear that he didn’t care for young black and brown skin teens providing him business. Too much to write in a review, but thanks to the lady that walked out in solidarity to support our young adults when she saw what happened. I would not recommend giving this business your money.

Had the Bacon cheeseburger & fry meal. Food was cooked well, tasted real good, and the burger (smash style) was better than any I have had in awhile. The fries were shoestring style and lightly seasone with parsely & grated (like the green can kind) Parmigian cheese. They tasted good. The place was clean and seating was plentiful, being a Friday evening. The 2 guys working there were nice and said it usually gets busier Monday thru Thursdays. I was going to try the coleslaw but the burger & fries hit the spot and was enough even though I hadn't eaten all day. I am visiting Atlanta from Florida, for a concert my daughter wanted to attend. I am glad she changed her mind about eating before the concert, because she wanted Chick-Filet.

This was a fast luch stop and overall was underwhelming. They offer just a few burger choices and the patties themselves are smash burger style and the meat was equivalent to about 3 Oz of meat. The biggest miss on the burger was that the fried egg was overly cooked (fried hard) and rendered it inedible. The burger itself tasted good and was not bad. The best part of the burger was that I left the sauce on the side, it was awful. The parmesan fries had plenty of parm and herbs, but were cooled.
The tables are crammed together and makes walking around to get your order cumbersome. They only except card payments and want you to order on their kiosks.

As soon as I entered the store, I felt good thanks to the staff who greeted me with a bright smile. I happily ordered it and enjoyed it ^^ The owner is always friendly, so I stop by every time I come to Atlanta. thank you!! I'll come again~^^

BT burger was solid. The sauce that comes with the fries, a garlic parm sauce, is delicious. Will be back.

Nasty place, rude employees
BT is said to be an abbreviation for Blossom Tree, the Korean restaurant next door. This is a burger restaurant run by the owner of Blossom Tree.
On this day, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a single patty. When I tasted it, the burger bun had a slightly yellow color, so it seemed like they used a burger bun with a high corn content. Patty, lettuce, cheese sauce and onions, brap bam bam bam.
It was a composition of ingredients that perfectly suited the song. The overall taste was good, but the patty was a bit disappointing... I like a juicy patty, but the patty here was thin and slightly overcooked, so it seemed like the focus was on the crispy texture. You might misunderstand that the amount of meat is small, but there is enough meat. As you can see from the photo, it was grilled so big that it was sticking out of the burger bun haha, so it was one of the most delicious burgers I ate! The French fries on the side were thinner than those on the market, so they were easier to eat and tasted better.
Be sure to buy one drink. The drink was so delicious that I wanted to buy another one. Crew discounts are also available! If you visit here on a day when you don't feel like Korean food, I think you will have a pleasant meal ^^

great burgers ! the wings should be avoided because they are small & sad with very little meat.
the service is pretty good too overall had a little bit of a wait even though it was slow maybe they were short staffed.
there are homeless encampments in the alley behind the store so be careful with your family in the area.
it is a local business so that’s a win
