I went here on a Saturday . At first it was very empty , like literally no one there . At about 12:45 it starts getting really packed . I enjoyed the napkin wars , it was a great vibe . However , the free alcohol for the ladies is literally water . I tasted absolutely no alcohol , only the juice it was mixed with . Great way to fool your customers so your bartenders still get tips! And when you do buy a drink they automatically take a 20% gratuity . The drinks are very watered down .

Service is TERRRRRRRIBLE! Got the Brew burger, was a struggle, top bun was cold but the quality of the meat was actually pretty good. This my 4 time coming over a 2 month span to give it a chance and expecting a "Chreers" vibe. I went cause of the connivence to my hotel but I hate feeling like I'm bothering you for another drink.

I am not a fan of chaos. But that's exactly what my group received. Complete chaos. We paid for a section and was easily accommodated. It took about an hour to receive a welcome from the bottle girls. And that was after having to flag them over. We were also asked if we would mind sharing some of our space with another party who sat next to us. After telling the waitress no. She then encourage the group to ask us themselves. Which caused half of our group to leave . We arrived around 11:30 and left at 1am. We had enough. Three stars because it was a different experience for us in a positive way. Instead of throwing money they offer cases of tissue to throw in the air.

Friday night is Caribbean night stop adding table and chairs and make a bigger dance floor. We dont sit down at a Caribbean party. At lease make a bigger dance floor on friday nights.

Visited on a Friday and it was an unforgettable experience. There's plenty of dancing room and comfy lounge space. Good music, (Reggae/Soca, R&B, Rap and Hip-Hopp). Drinks were descent and DJ had lots of energy!!

everybody at front door tonight have very bad attitudes, bad vibe lets just say it's my birthday & my fam had sections & bottles. but they wouldn't let me in saying front door shut down like it wasn't that serious im just one female getting out for my birthday didn't mind paying whatever but they was letting other people in after me. the guy told me I had to be super VIP. I don't like the treatment. BIRTHDAY RUINED...
