I’ve liked everything I’ve tried from Budi’s Sushi.
First time here and it's likely to become my favorite sushi place in ATL. My wife and I have tried numerous places and all have their niche, but so far nobody has checked all the boxes for us.
While I like sashimi and rolls, my wife likes rolls that are tempura based (more cooked and less raw).
We ordered the Doc OC, the Barry Allen and the Peter Parker. All three are very good and to be honest, surprisingly large. In what has to be a first, my wife ate the eel and was surprised by how much she liked it.
I need to come back a couple more times to see how consistent they are. I hoping this is the beginning of a good relationship.

This place was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was top tier and better than anything I've had in a while. PF Chang was supposed to be a restaurant, but this place was way better than that. The spicy yum yum chicken was a masterpiece. The barry Allen was a beautiful option, and the Chicken broth soup was stupendous. I will definitely be going back for another food coma.

This place has been on my bucket list since I found out about the sushi pyramids, but I get there at 2pm they close at 2:30 for lunch break, and I know I was cutting it close but the restaurant was completely empty and I had to pay for parking but I felt rushed from the moment I got inside, boyfriend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl, it was bad, not Teriyaki flavored, the chicken was okay. I tried to order something cost efficient off their lunch menu, the fish was realy high quality and very tasty. But the meal felt like I wasn't getting my money's worth, even tho the special was $15 the sushi roll felt low effort as it was realy just salmon and rice, and if that's what I wanted I could have gone somewhere eles for cheeper, I didn't even bother taking a food pic bc since they were about to close I felt rushed and the food was not impressive. I'm rather disappointed in this experience and while I realy want to go back for a sushi pyramid. For $27 I don't know that it's gonna be worth it, bc a low effort salmon roll should not have been $15. I still feel ripped off from my vist.
Parking: You have to pay for parking to eat here and that's even more annoying. Especially since you have to parallel park, I don't know where the handicap parking was.

I come to an event in the area every year and our group always makes sure to come to this amazing restaurant as a tradition. The service and food are both amazing. If you have a rowdy fun crowd, the waiters are extremely fun and can match your vibe. The sushi rolls are MASSIVE!!
