I walked in to your Cumberland Mall location to the to go station to place an order. I did visual for about 4 employees to see me and no one came over to say anything. Then about 5 minutes the server that initially saw me came over to ask if I've been helped...... how when you been watching me the entire time, yet couldn't bother to stop sweeping. Then once I was helped THEN two other employees wanted to come to the front! Terrible, trifling, and had customer service! This was Sunday, November 2nd around 905pm..... and it was not busy

….idk if the bartender was having an off night but sis attitude was horrible!! From the moment we walked in we wasn’t greeted nicely. A simple “can I get you something to drink?” She never smiled EVER and looked like she was over it. My friend ordered wet lemon pepper wings and they were so dry! She had to get sauce on the side. My wings were 1/2 medium 1/2 garlic honey. It’s like the medium ones were cold but the honey garlic was hot like make it make sense. Zee was not personable and didn’t even offer to rectify the situation or get a remake. She simply threw them in the trash, snatched our old ticket out the glass and updated it. Never saw a manager or anything .She never checked back to see how things were; other guests were waiting a while for drinks. As someone who has been a bartender for 10 years you would think a full bar would be exciting as that’s the money!! But far from that with her!! Might return but definitely not if she’s at the bar. Potato wedges are always a hit which is why I gave it 2 stars.

ordered an order for pickup and they gave us the wrong wings. had to drive all the way back for our order and had to wait over 10 minutes just to be greeted.

Went on a Monday night about an hour before closing and sat at the bar. Tracey, the bartender, was awesome—she made the best green tea shots and a great Black Cherry Mezgarita. Excellent service all around, and I really enjoyed the music too. Great experience!
