Host was terrible, 2 hour wait time and looked at us like he wanted us to leave. This location has always been horrible and you can tell they're not even trying anymore.

Regrettably, my low review is based on the poor customer service, particularly from the leader of this franchise. On Friday, April 5th, the General Manager exhibited behavior that made me question Buffalo Wild Wings' promotion practices. As my friends and I were settling our bill, one of them asked how his drink was labeled ‘top shelf’ when he didn’t request it. The GM explained that ordering two glasses was the criteria for ‘top shelf’. When I questioned how that equated to ‘top shelf’, he dismissively said, “I am speaking to him, not you.”I then asked if I could speak to someone else, as his response was unnecessary, to which he replied, “I am the General Manager, so no one.” Despite knowing this wasn't true, I decided to let it go, but he retorted, “Glad you know people in high places,” like a child. I don't understand why he behaved this way, but it was uncalled for. On a positive note, I absolutely love the Cauliflower Wings, especially the Asian Zing with ranch! Thank you for considering us vegetarians; I wish more sports bars did the same. Unfortunately, the disappointing interaction with the GM overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable visit.

This place is terrible lol. I was waiting on my order and there system went down and they were backed up like crazy which is understandable. But whenever normal customers come in to place a order (not knowing what happened) the employees just said "no" and didn't give a reason. Like come on just say "we're not taking orders now because our system is down" instead they just say "no" and nothing else. Some people who work here are just sad therefore everyone else has to sad.

We waited a long time to be seated. Then we waited a long time for our order to be taken. We had to wait a very long time for our wings to come out. When they came out they were hard, over cooked, and cold. So I asked for a supervisor Alicia came out. She was just full of excuses an no results. One thing she said is that they have alot of online orders to tend to that is why our food took so long to come out. Not to sound selfish but I am a paying customer as well as the online orders an I fell I need equal or greater treatment as well. She had no answer for why our food was cold then she proceeded to walk away so when the waiter came back I asked him to take my order of wings off because they were hard as a rock and to cold to eat. Then I told him That it made no sense for one to wait as long as we did for our food. Not only that, then for the food to come out old an cold it should have been hot. To add insult to the situation further two other parties came in 20 minutes after us an they had there food an was almost finished. So his response was that he will tell the manager Alicia to come back to the table. This time it took her 15 minutes to come back. It was as if she was dreading to come to see what we wanted or she just didn't care .She did not come back with a solution she said and I quote " I don't know what to do. What do you want me to do"? My wife asked if they could make it over and if they could, would it take long. So she made there order over I just asked her to take my wings off an not to make mine over. So they made the order over. I have 32 yrs mangment experience and also I was a General manager for 26 Restaurants,I am a entrepreneur of 7 successful businesses. My 5 children have their own businesses This was a poor case of not having your aces in their places. Remember that you only have one time to make a first impression and everyone will not be as vocal about their experience they just don't come back. I passed plenty of eateries places on my way to your establishment so let's not forget that you have to give me a reason to not only come to your establishment but also return for further experiences. Make me understand while I am there why I need to further this costumer to consumer relationship. I pray that this gets to upper echelon so that they can correct this problem before this place cease to exist. Remember that to lose 1 customer a day you have just lost 365 customers in 1 year. I uploaded a picture of my receipt to show that she didn't even have any remorse for there mistakes and that she didn't even discount the amount for taking long, waiting long, or just for screwing up my order.ps. we never ordered the drinks or the other stuff that was comps on my receipt.

The food was great, however, our server wasn't great at actually coming to refill our drinks or ask if we need anything. While we were there, a huge group of about 30 high school kids came in so I'm guessing that distracted her.

This restaurant delivered what might be the most disappointing dining experience I've ever encountered, especially considering it was surprisingly empty for a Sunday lunchtime. I had assumed that the lack of crowd would mean quicker service and a speedy meal. However, the reality was far from it.It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, and even then, it was staggered, leaving half of our group of five waiting an additional 20 minutes to be served. After placing our order, our waitress became virtually invisible, only reappearing once, long after our drinks had run dry.Despite the restaurant being far from busy, with most of the staff seemingly unoccupied, the service was abysmally slow. To add insult to injury, my wife's "grilled" chicken wrap appeared to be nothing more than canned chicken, likely sourced from the Costco next door. I would strongly advise against dining here.

Placed an order for delivery and I waited for nothing after paying to get a message stating that the order was canceled. No refund issued or any contact from them. Tried calling to get a refund but phone call gets disconnected. These people flat out suck.
