Understaffed and rude. Twenty minutes means 40 minutes to them. And they act like customers are bothersome. It’s your job.
Got 6 pieces honey bbq rings (&) potato wedges with cheese, they didn’t put the cheese on them then when I asked could they add it the guy went in the back and just threw the cheese on them didn’t melt it or anything I asked for a refund never received it or got a call back or email. They don’t answer when you all the store. Hopefully they get better for future buyers.
I really appreciate the service I received from the one employee who was working at the time. When I initially called to place an order due to a failure with the app, the gentleman who answered placed me on hold for so long I hung up and tried placing a web order which was successful.
When I got to the restaurant I noticed he was working alone...performing a three / four person job: taking orders, preparing and delivering food, answering the phone, cleaning up after patrons. If the business cared about the safety and wellbeing of its employees, they should immediately address their staffing issues. When I got home, I realized there were two problems with my order. Some of the wing sauces and side orders were incorrect. Even though I appreciated the quality of the food, it wasn't what I ordered. I blame management! The young man did what he could with the resources he was given. His paycheck should reflect the work of 4 people.
This store consistently makes mistakes with orders and the store is never reachable.
Parking is trash but it's not their fault. Great staff
I placed an order on the website on Thursday 2/27, but when I received the order it was missing multiple items (20 jammin jalapeño wings, two orders of fries, and veggies). I have called the store multiple times a day since Thursday but nobody has answered the phone. I have filled out their online form and sent an email, but still I’m o ur $50 and only got 1/3 of my order. Never ordering from this location again.
Never ever order through Uber Eats just to make sure you get your food because I ordered three types of wings and didn’t receive ranch or celery or carrots with any of it. Also, I ordered a Mountain Dew legend and was given a completely different drink. I basically was only given the wings.
The experience is horrible, the staff doesn't communicate with customers about their order. The staff is rude and doesn't know what professional work environment means. The staff acts like your at their house waiting on food. It's nothing like their commercials. Very disappointing.

Very poor service, that’s all. I waited for 15 minutes during my lunch break just to find out that they never dropped my simple order. I then asked for a refund, and was asked to wait again while the manager walked to the back. After waiting an additional 5 minutes I just left so I could get back to work on time. Sending love, but I wouldn’t visit again.

One of the worst locations of Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been. We ordered lemon pepper(barely have any flavor), mango habanero( first got wrong flavor) the cheese burger was average. It’s located conveniently in Emory village. Sadly it’s not well maintained. Soda machine was out of ice, out of Dr Pepper, was running out of Pepsi zero. And for being a wing shop, they don’t have any available napkins dispenser at all in the restaurant. We had to resort to use paper towel from the restroom. And the restrooms were not clean either. Staff didn’t seem to care. Can’t recommend anyone to face the same faith as we did.

walked in at 1210 and ordered food. waited until 1235 before i asked how much longer my food would take (i ordered 10 wings and fries). was told it would be 3 mins. At 1245 i asked for a refund because i needed to leave for class. The guy at the front said that he needed a min because he was going back to work on food. at 1250 I left because i needed to get to class. I would not recommend any one eating here unless you have two hours to spend waiting on food.

I ordered takeout via Uber eats. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, 6 hot wings, and a regular sized cheese curds. The cheese curds were a very small portion, definitely not a “regular” size. The wings barely had any sauce on them. The only perfect thing was the burger, except the bacon on it was rubbery and thoroughly uncooked (had to take it off- wasn’t even editable). Should’ve checked the reviews before coming here, not coming back ever again, since the quality is not worth $33 for small portion, undercooked food.
