The wings were gross. The lemon pepper wings were ordered dry but they were desiccated and just sprinkled with generic lemon pepper seasoning. The “saucy” chicken sandwich came with no sauce. You can see the celery in the picture. Ridiculous and overpriced garbage.

the worst takeout ever. they gave me a wet rub instead of dry rub for my wings, and I paid extra for potato wedges instead of fries which I just didn’t get. the worst part is they gave me ZERO RANCH. in what world do you serve wings without ANY SAUCE when i specified that i wanted ranch?? the worst part is i have tried calling them 10 times now and no one answers. don’t waste your time, money, or taste buds here. 0/10

Lady at front counter hands out order to wrong person. Makes me wait and stand there. She proceeds to lie to me about the order system being different at their restaurant. They see which dasher comes in and what they look like to pick up the order so clearly a lie. Unprofessional and honestly super rude.

We ordered pick-up, and as we walked in the place was very nice and clean and the employees were too. After we came home and opened the food up, the burger I ordered came with cheese even though I said no cheese. But the only burgers they sell are "cheeseburgers." So I understand that honest mistake.The chicken-fingers we ordered were good, but they lacked a bit of sauce. And the main part, the wings. We're awesome and crispy!! Great job!

We tried a lot of wings places before this becoming our regular go-to spot for takeout wings. The wings are cooked perfectly, have a nice crisp skin, perfectly spiced, many sauce varieties and their cheeseburger is great too. The bad reviews are all over two years old and I really think this place has turned it around.

Didn't have anyone at the counter to speak with you or take your order. Essentially you are forced to order online. Can't even make a phone call to this location! I tried to order on a Thursday an hour before closing and they did not honor the boneless wings BOGO deal and you can not even place an order an hour before closing - only for the next day! Super disappointed, all I wanted was to order food with basic human interaction and apparently that's too difficult for Buffalo Wild Wings Go to handle.

I went in and got charged for 20 wings instead of 10. I asked for a refund and was told to come back the next day. The next day "the manager wasn't in" and was told to come back another time. After a couple of more times I was told I would have to take it to corporate. Life is too short to fight for my $10 refund.
This place should just close. Service is rude and SLOW. Truly outrageously slow - if you don't order ahead just forget it, they will ignore you at the counter until you wither away and die, and if you do order ahead you need 30 minutes lead time and then it still might not be done.

Not even close to great wings. The original buffalo were much spicier than they should be. I love buffalo sauce but this just wasn't the right stuff. Possibly they put the wrong sauce on? Also, the fountain drinks were all down except Mt. Dew. Just a disappointing visit.

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. I order, it did not take a long time for my food to be ready. The young lady was very helpful and friendly, which made me felted welcome to the establishment. And the food was delicious.

Worse place ever waited an hour and never got water I ordered to drink. Never my got food, manager said he’s waited that long before so that’s ok standards for him. Servers were terrible. This place needs to get audited on their terrible service!
