I didn’t even order anything! I walked out ! A girl with a crooked wig in the front was talking to the customers infront of me any kind of way, yeah just shut this place down. I left because I don’t play with people talking to me like that so I just left before I caused a scene

I got a to go order, which was late as usual. When I was picking it up, the manager came out of the back and barked “stop leaning on my table!”. I wasn’t going to write anything about it, but then they got my order wrong. All in all this is a pretty terrible establishment.

Waited 15 minutes to be rung up. There were two employees and no other customers or in progress orders on the display. I know they saw me because there’s a doorbell and they kept looking over. When one of the employees finally came over I she was rude and seemed annoyed I was ordering

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had to call the store after listening to them for five minutes complaining about the person lives while they’re in the back there’s a literally ad doorbell at the door and they still don’t even come up. Then I asked her for some suggestions, and all she did was point to the screen.

The chicken is decent but overpriced. The main issue is that they are really slow, I waited over 25 minutes for 6 wings during march break. I could have enjoyed a very full meal at one of the other restaurants at Tech Square for a similar price with the time spent waiting

Worst customer service in the world there tonight. Mobile ordered cheese curds, a cookie, and a drink, they were out of the curds. I ask can I get anything instead? No suggestions, so I ask about a burger. Worker looks at me like I’m crazy and says they’re too differently priced, I can get fries instead. Found that ironic because cheese curds ($6.49) are actually the same difference in price to the burger ($9.99) as fries ($2.99) yet I was practically accosted for suggesting it could be a substitute. Told I have two choices, come back from 11am-2pm to talk to the general manager and get a refund, or take fries which are $3 less than what I ordered and not what I ordered. So tomorrow I’ll be going back to the general manager I guess. In addition to the above debacle, I was also yelled at when I asked if I could get the rest of my order, and the worker’s manager Dante decided to resolve the situation by gaslighting me and suggesting I was always getting the rest of my order even though his coworker clearly had other ideas. Go to Waffle House instead, you won’t be yelled for asking to be compensated for a $6.49 menu item you already paid for being out.

i went in with a bad mood- and regardless of that BWW helped me pick out items i was unfamiliar with and we're very kind and gracious (regardless of my moodiness!) dante at this location really gets all the credit! a big shout out to him. i was one of several difficult customers and he dealt with all of us patiently and kindly! thank you dante! you're the best! good luck in the BWW commercial tomorrow!

I just walked out the store, I can’t allow someone to disrespect me for NO reason. As I’m ordering through the QR I see the drink is $3 but on the menu is says $1 if added to any bundles. I simply ask the black man with the dreads who I assume is the manager everyone is complaining about, “hey the app says this but I thought you can get a drink for a $1”. He responds to me:“Just get it. I’ll give the drink for free you tripping over $3. Don’t act like you never been here before.”????? I literally had to ask does he know me is there a reason why he’s talking to me like that and that it’s making me uncomfortable. You would think he’d just apologize and move on but no he goes: “no I’m not giving no attitude… I just need you to get the money part so we can do it”, then goes in the back and tells his employee “she tripping about $3”. Bro why didn’t you just say “don’t worry about the app mam I’ll fix it”…… RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Indoor seating is available. Have to use the app/website to order. They have buy one get one deals on tuesday- however, this is app/web only. Mango habenero wings are very spicy and good.
