A great location with hot and fresh food. Employees are professional and courteous. My order is always done correctly.
I only visit this location for breakfast and via the drive through, so I cannot comment on other meal times during the day, but what I will say is that the experience is consentant every time as compared to other local fast food places that are blocks away. I will actually pass a couple of other locations due to lack of service and order accuracy to know driving 2 more blocks i get it right my way every time at this location. And on top of all that, if Luisa is there, she is the absolute best, she has an awesome smile and an attitude that smiles with it every step of the way in the process! She's one of the reasons i come back for breakfast there during the week and always leaves me feeling happy even if I roll up in the drive through in a bad mood. Will continue to be back for a quick breakfast sandwich option!

No customer service everyone should be fired on the morning shift especially the crew on Sunday mornings everything wrong manager don't know what they are doing ? I was told by the manager not to come back and I won't and neither should you Corp should be called and store reported.. Store number 222
Been coming here for years. 9/10 times my order is wrong. Even when it’s on the ticket, they just don’t read it. And I still come. Have for years. JUST HOPING to get what I’ve paid for and that service won’t suck this time. A supervisor, not front this store, needs to come to this store and just sort everyone. It’s simple. Give out food you’d like to eat. Not burnt AND cold bacon on a double whopper, missing the heavy cheese I paid for.

I do not enjoy posting negative reviews. Yet, after a consistency of issues, I am forced to:
August 8, 2024, 10:13 p.m.: Burger King asked me to pull forward and wait. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I expected a proper Whopper. However, I was served a microwaved "reheated" Whopper. The mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, which are not supposed to be "heated," were a hot mess. It was a sloppy and liquified burger, for which I received a refund -- from the manager, who was offended at me for calling the burger "trash." Well, as the photo shows, it was indeed "trash." -- (And had the manager been apologetic, then I would have rated two or three stars to this experience -- depending on the sincerity of the apology. But, she was not apologetic at all. Therefore, one star is necessary.)
Again, I'm regretfully forced to post this negative review because I've experienced this trashy kind of burger several times in the past, over a year's time, from this particular Burger King (867).
Please, Burger King, I beg: Please come back to serving proper Whoppers -- consistently fresh Whoppers we can enjoy. – JodyTucker | August 13, 2024

Horrible freaking service. They asked me to pull up to the front from the drive thru, then they forgot about me. I had to walk in and ask if they had forgotten about me, and they did. Then, some employee tries to get smart with me when I asked him if I can exit out the door closet to where they asked me to wait. Poor experience.

The rebuild of this restaurant has been good news for diners. It's a nicer atmosphere, but the staff are vastly improved!
