Our family has always been a fan of bk... I went to this store today, Dalarie's service is very attentive and solved the minor troubles I encountered. She also gave my 4-year-old child a toy, she is really amazing, I must thank her for allowing our family to have a perfect meal time

I've tried to eat at this place all the time but this place has completely random hours. Sometimes they are only open 11-3pm, depends on the day. I went today at noon and no one was there, we all waited for nothing. Pretty sure it's a staffing problem because when I have actually been able to get food here it's been fine.

The supervisor at this location is horrible Montrael Mcaw or however you spell his name was rude and very disrespectful. I don’t know who promoted him to manager but you guys need to re-evaluate that decision!!! Very bad customer service!!!

Manager here is trash and needs to be fired immediately. No customer service, nasty attitude, threatening behavior. I would not trust this place with your food.

We just wanted to get some burgers and they guy taking our order give us an attitude because we were pausing during our order when he didn't even ask us any questions. When we get to the window his giving us more attitude for not knowing how to order and not knowing what we want. Most crazy experience for just taking an order.

Pulled into the drive thru with a mobile order and the guy on the intercom immediately had an attitude. No people skills whatsoever. Had music blasting in the background so I could barely hear him.Then tells me they don't have half my order cause they never "got their truck". I asked to sub and he acted like he didn't wanna do it but eventually reconsidered. Told me to "pull around front and wait".Waited for 15 minutes. Me and three other cars outside. That's it. I could see no guests inside. Guy who came out couldn't even say the order, just shoved the bag on my face and had me read the receipt.One of my items subbed was the premium spicy chicken sandwich. I was told i would get the premium non-spicy which was fine, but I ended up with the original chicken sandwich, meaning I lost money. I didn't even bother complaining cause I knew I was gonna go off with their attitudes so I just drove off.They get 2 stars because the food was decent. See, I tried to find a positive.

They do not keep to the listed hours of 7am-Midnight. They have decided they want to work 8am-8pm as listed on the printed signs they taped on the doors and drive through. Kinda inconvenient for a bite on the way home because I work 6am-7pm but whatever, should be fine on the weekends when I’m off. Well, they can’t even keep to their own adjusted hours. I stopped by for breakfast at 8:15am and no one is there. Not a soul. This is a poor way to run a business. Where are the standards? How do you expect to keep customers if you can’t even show up to work?Pulled back through at 8:45 am, cars were there but no one would answer the drive through.
