My food was uber-eat but service was ok food kind of cold but good still.

Staff at this location were attentive, friendly, and provided appropriate portions. I would eat here everyday for the rest of my life if I lived in Atlanta, but unfortunately I’m bound to another wretched state. I love you Burger King at the ATL airport, you complete me!

Worst experience ever. Ordered by number and the young lady kept asking me questions. I couldn’t understand what she was asking me even though she was speaking English. Couldn’t make change while I waited for 10 minutes. After waiting for my change, she asked me for my order again, OMG. It was simple #4. I even put up four fingers to be helpful. After about 25 minutes, I asked if I missed my order. She said no, there’s only 2 people making sandwiches and they’re not doing them in order 🤯. I finally got my order. Burger was cold, there was no cheese, drink was flat. Yuck, yuck, yuck 🤢. I know, my fault, but I hadn’t eaten all day and figured this was the fastest fast food 😂😂😂. 0 stars

Came for breakfast as a airline employee. Now discount, no receipt. She rushed me the whole time. She didn’t listen, just acts like an annoyed robot. Terrible experience

Late night only option left in the airport, line as far as the eye could see.. it wasn’t looking good for me but left with no other choice between a leap of faith and starving myself I took the leap. Lead by a determined lady taking the orders and a solid team behind her the line quickly dwindled down and it was my turn before I knew it. She took my order and within a flash it was ready. My double burger was solid for BK and my fam also enjoyed their late night chicken fries. Surpassed my expectations and satisfied my hunger. Thank you

I know they are small but it does take too long to get your order, you most of the time walk away because you do not want miss your flight when you come C concourse to get any food before your flight.

Absolutely unbelievable level of incompetence, especially for an airport location.
I waited about 30 minutes total, most of that time watching my own bag sit there unfinished. The issue wasn’t lack of food, burgers and fries were constantly being made, but nothing was actually going into the bags.
Two employees were “assembling” orders, but instead of finishing them, they decided to prepare 10+ orders at once. One guy was busy attaching receipts to empty paper bags, while the other was taking new orders, even though 10+ bags were already waiting. During this time, no orders went out for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, one poor worker in the kitchen was making several burgers and large batches of fries that just sat there.
Because this is an airport and my flight was boarding, I had to abandon the order I had been staring at. To top it off, when I asked about my order, the woman at the counter gave me attitude.
Complete operational failure.

This Burger King location across from gate C22 in atlanta airport does not deserve any stars. CLOSE IT DOWN.!! There have been hundreds of bad feedbk and no one in head office cares enough to attend to the issues. The service is extremely slow. Only one worker prepping the meals, one delivering to customers and other two were standing around..a day after a major holiday. I waited for 45mins..and its only bcz I jad kids or would have gone elsewhere. Customers asked for refunds while others had to run and leave their paid meal behind. What is going on here?? Why isnt there more attention and urgency. Lousy and poor burger king.

The lady at the register was chilling in the back
When she came up she immediately gave is a hard time for not knowing what we wanted constantly muttering under her breath about wasting her time. I've never had such entitled rude behavior from such a miserable employee. I was already stressed as can be having to ship out to Navy OCS only for this lady to belittle both me and my father. It is ridiculous that such an irate and frankly disrespectful employee can continue to work here if she can't leave her attitude at the door. If Burger King cares about its customers in the slightest they would do well to terminate her.
Don't get me wrong I didnt come looking for or expecting stellar or even decent service, just didn't expect blatant disrespect.
I should have known from the lack of customers

Worst Burger King ever , the food we nasty just like the man or woman ( not sure what she/ he was ) but it seems like she was the manager ! Bad attitudes, rude and not patient at all like she didnot want to be there . Worst Burger King in the. Country !!

Incredibly slow service. They were more focused on buying and sniffing scented oils than actually performing their jobs and helping the guest. Concourse C location.
