Burger King Workers on concourse C is very slow service is supposed to be a fast food restaurant supposed to be getting people in and out the line and making it a shorter wait time the person that supposed do the register She’s slow as heck
So slow, you might end up seeing the rebirth of Jesus before you see your flame grilled burger.
This has been the worst service I ever received at Burger King. This one specifically on concourse C. The manager lady was rude, didn’t have any customer service, and didn’t acknowledge the wait… I was skipped twice when numbers were being called in order, didn’t apology for the wait and when I asked about my food, she finally said it’s coming. Got my food and the fries were hard, burger patty felt overcooked, no condiments in the bag. I had ever right to be upset but you called me rude. I would love for this situation to be handled.
Had to get a refund after 20 minutes waiting, because they announced they have no more burgers at 3 pm. People were still able to order burgers at the kiosk, with the service occasionally shouting to warn them that they are out of burgers... Confusing and annoying experience.
Avoid and take your money elsewhere.
Seeing as I can’t actually review the one at the International Terminal I will leave it here, and for that I’m sorry to this store.
Waited 25 minutes for my order. I normally wouldn’t be so bothered because if the kitchen is backed up what can anyone do.
However, the service was genuinely appalling. Orders came through and no one to collect them, that was funny to the employees rather than moving on and addressing the customers in front of them- like the man who wanted unsalted fries which turns out couldn’t be selected on the kiosk machine. Or arguing with the airport staff who came back with their cold food cos they didn’t get chance to eat it on their break because it took so long for the food to come. So they’d been struggling all day yet 3 people pretty much doing nothing at the front, including the supervisor who was stood on her phone.
Anyway, I finally got my order and then saying excuse me 3 times wasn’t enough to get my drink cup so I waited 3 minutes for that.
Genuinely I’m not mad just disappointed. I get it’s busy in an airport but whatever system BK got isn’t working for the amount of orders and the bad behaviour wasn’t amusing after 10 minutes.
I had a layover at the Atlanta airport and I was so hungry I waited until they opened at 4 am to get the croissanwich and I was worried I was gonna have to wait but the nice lady at the register told me she was ready to rock and had my food ready in like 3 minutes. Fast & great service, will likely come back if I ever end up there again.
Workers work slower then paint dries, almost a 30 min wait for a simple order
On April 30, 2025, at approximately 6:12 AM, I visited this Burger King and encountered an employee named Genesis 5009646, who was notably dismissive upon my arrival at the counter. I greeted her with a 'Good Morning,' but she chose to ignore my greeting. While she was drinking from a cup, a colleague advised her against doing so in front of customers. Genesis responded by stating, 'I was taking my medicine.' The colleague also reminded her that I had greeted her, to which Genesis continued to drink from her cup, avoiding any eye contact with me.
When her colleague attempted to engage her further, Genesis retorted, 'Stop talking to me because you're throwing me off.' I contemplated leaving for Chik Fil A, despite the long line, but ultimately decided to remain at Burger King, where I was the only customer in line. It is disheartening to note that Genesis displayed a lack of professionalism and an unwillingness to assist me with my order.
I commend her colleague for addressing her discourteous behavior; however, Genesis appeared indifferent to both her responsibilities and the advice given. If I were her manager, I would consider her continued employment questionable, as she demonstrated a lack of pride in her work, which was evident in her demeanor.

My flight was late I was frustrated and hungry they gave me my food super fast and it was hot thank you rigo for the customer service
Thank you for being open so late. It is a blessing for those of us whose flight was cancelled and it is after midnight and all food places are closed
