Everytime we do an app order we have to go inside. I don't want to have to park and go inside being disabled. I try to use the ap to save time and make things easier and this just isnt it.

On Sept 28th @ 2:21pn I placed my order via BK app. A hour later my order was assigned to three different people. Once I was able to speak to the Manager on duty (wouldn’t provide her name) she told me my order was sent out a while ago and hung up. On my app still currently at 3:52 pm it says my order is being prepared. Tried calling the store back and now I get a busy signal.

My order was given to someone and nothing was verified! I’m unable to contact support because the order is still active.

I am currently at the restaurant and the way this lady is speaking to this young man as if he is stupid and unable to do it job. This is embarrassing to say the least.

This woman has no respect for anyone. There was an older lady with glasses on with her jacket over her shoulder making food.

This is a shit show.

They won’t refund me or fix they’re mic up

I just watched the manager who allowed the young man to take food outside, come back in and dump the fries back into the mixer with the other fries!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

5pm GM is refusing to give me a refund. Still talking to the two young man like trash. Walking around in slides and not wearing gloves while prepping peoples food.

They have a bad attitude anytime of the day you go there. You can't blame the people who work there cost the manager got a nasty attitude too. It takes too long to get your food when your food cam is cold you been waiting in line then you got the back your car up three or four times in order to get up there to get the dog on food

I understand your policy about restroom access requiring a purchase, but my 4-year-old daughter was in tears, desperately needing to pee. We pulled in quickly hoping to avoid an accident, and I politely asked for the bathroom code.

The employee told me I had to make a purchase first. I explained my daughter couldn’t wait and that I’d buy something after. She said nothing. When I asked again, she coldly replied, “I’m the manager,” then turned her back and began fixing other orders.

I wasn’t there to argue about policy, I simply didn’t have time for it while my child was holding herself, about to wet her pants. I ended up buying a bottle of water just to get the code and even then, they didn’t give me the water until after we came out of the restroom.

That’s disgusting service and inhumane behavior. I wish my daughter would’ve just peed on the floor.

Employees here are very rude they don’t wear gloves while taking money and handing your food you have to show as receipt to use they nasty as bathroom and they drive thru never works close the store down and start over

I arrived at 11:15. The close at 12. They told me they aren't cooking burgers, only fish and chicken. It's a BURGER King that doesn't do burgers. Don't waste your time or money here. Lol

Whoever the elderly lady is that is in the drive through window need to be put on drinks and drinks only! Her attitude is so nasty and she’s so rude to the point I wanted a refund. I will never spend my money in a place where I’m not respected. Will no longer go to this location

On may 23 2025 at approximately 6-820am This location can’t be a corporation because I went to this location at 6am they was not open I even came back at 820 they still wasn’t open then at 822am I seen the manager pull up to open the door this is sad this location definitely will lose out on money if she continue to be a manager
