The restaurant opens at 7am from the sign on the door, and we’re still waiting to pick up Uber order for customer. This is the most disrespectful manager I have seen as I’m at the drive thru window trying to explain that I’m here for Uber eats and the manager was so rude yelling and screaming. This is the way business is ran today it’s crazy!

Everyone including the cashier, cooks and those roaming around seemed to enjoy their work environment which in turn carried over to providing excellent customer service. The entire facility was neat and clean.Vegetarian options: The florescent menu is set up to display different entries in the same section which makes it easy to view any options.Parking: Plenty of parking slots next to the entrance with a cement sidewalk leading to the restaurant entrance.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Placed a mobile order waited over 30min they gave my food to the wrong person they never came back out for my order and the bad part was they were much slower then the McDonald’s across the street but still just slow and horrible customer service I do not recommend this location I will driver further for better service next time

We had been seeing the ads for the mushroom-swiss patty melts. It was horrible. The bread was not toasted on the outside as advertised and absolutely tasteless. Go to a place that has better food. It is worth the few extra dollars.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen first of all i waited in the drive thru almost 20 minutes just to get my order wrong and just giving all kinds of excuses of they short handed plus the dine in was already closed at 7:00 plus i had to get back in line again for almost 14min I told the employee that this is a inconvenience that I got screwed he said and i quote how you got screwed you were just missing a piece of meat y'all have to work with us i also asked do i get anything for my inconvenience he said he's not the manager the manager was right there and did nothing i will not be coming back ever

I went to drive thru to order ham egg cheese to be told their was no ham. I choose a sausage instead, went around to window to see the same man taking out the trash now at the window making a drink, he used to ice scoop however he put it back in the ice when he was done. I noticed that I was given bacon and went back for the sausage. The manager told me there was no sausage and he'll give me my money back. I asked for a receipt he told me the printer has been broken forever. He said only on this side of town which is something I can agree on. It's sad. Even at pick up window there's a hand written note that says plz say hello once. Burger King should care about their image. I will not return, it's always unpleasant at this location. Most time they take orders one by one making you wait.
