On Fri around 12am I Waited 20-30 min for a burger that seemed to be warmed in microwave. Onions,pickles,lettuce, Tomato all grossly warmed. Forcing me to throw away the vegetables

They never have a line but service slow, they have cones blocking the the drive thru because they want you to come in. They never follow directions and the card machine is always down and they want you to use cash

Burger King is Burger King but this is the worst one I’ve been too! The customer service is ass n they workers don’t care about how they handling your food or if they hands/ gloves are clean cuz they touch everything including they phones without washing they hands again.
So they messed my order up I called and the lady told me she would replace it. I get there then she said the phone doesn’t work and got mad disrespectful about it. Don’t go here if you don’t want clean food and good customer service!! There is a lot of other better restaurants in the area
The workers are rachet and uneducated! They don't honor rewards on the app or any app purchases. They act like the food is coming out of their checks personally.
I did an Uber eats didn't get all my food and paid for a bundle deal plus got wraps cookies and dipping sauce did not recieve burgers were cold and I don't even stay far

I’ve eaten here before, today they get on the speaker talking about they only got one cook here and it’s going to be a while. First Off unprofessional as hell. I ordered on the app and only ordered something simple it’s not going to take all day to get. I suggest you guys take customer service classes! Everybody is hiring, and that doesn’t stop you from doing your damn job! People are so ghetto it’s not even funny. Nobody has time for this crap! Do your job! Excuses aren’t welcomed. Never come here again! I just can’t get my money back today, so I have no choice, but you wait here. Ridiculous.

Chicken egg and cheese croissant was absolutely terrible this morning. They were flat as if someone had stepped on them and one of them had a weird taste that made me immediately spit it out. Never again...NEVER
